Seacrest ~ Gulf Front, Snowbird Rates Nov–Jan

A newly top to bottom renovated condo with a gorgeous front ocean view!

NEW as of November 2022: Dryer/Washer; Recliner; Outdoor furniture.

This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit, located on the 7th floor, sleeps up to 6 and is perfect for a couple or a family with young children.

Everything in the unit, including appliances and furniture, is brand NEW. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a King size bed in the bedroom, adorable built-in bunk beds in the hallway and a queen leather sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress in the living room and a rocking recliner. A privacy pocket door can be used to separate the bedroom and bunk beds from the living area.

We provide table and board games (checkers, dominoes, monopoly, Jenga, junior scrabble, etc), DVD movies and several books for your enjoyment. The unit has 2 HD TV’s, a blu-ray/DVD player. Mediacom cable and free wi-fi are provided by our owner association. We also provide Beach chairs (2) an umbrella and kids sand toys for you to relax at the beach.

The amenities include a Gulf side pool, a hot tub, boardwalk w/shower to the beach, pool side restrooms, gulf side grills and a bicycle parking rack.

The building has 2 elevators, luggage carts and a covered entrance with automatic doors to make it easy for you to unload as you come in.

Note: no rentals will be allowed for guests under the age of 25 per our association rules.

Our host was extremely accomodating & responsive. The condo was exactly as described with a great view of the Gulf. Plenty of amenities, and we even used the charcoal grills outside the condo. A drip coffee maker and 2 K-cup coffee makers were in the kitchen. The beach access was quick and easy - just outside the main condo building. Definitely a nice place to stay in early November if you enjoy a beach that is not crowded at all. At one point, we counted a toralnof 32 people in a 200 - 250 yard stretch of beach.

Awesome condo and view!

Enjoyed a Thanksgiving getaway and this was the perfect condo right on the beach. Amenities were nice from in unit washer/dryer, equipped kitchen and nicely decorated. We look forward to staying again sometime.

Great Location

This condo was just what was needed for a relaxing vacation in Gulf Shores. The condo was clean and very comfortable. The owner was very responsive with any questions that we had. We will try to stay here again if it is available for our next trip down.

This place was AMAZING! From the minute we arrived we felt like we were at home. Sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins every morning was one of the highlights of my trip. The owners were so easy to deal with and answered all my questions. When we come back down, I will definitely be booking this place again if it's available.

Short Weekend Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. Owner was very nice and had no issues during our stay. We found the unit as listed. Wonderful views. Bed was not to our liking but that differs person to person. We enjoyed several of the movies provided as there was not much on TV, so that was a nice thing to have. We appreciate you sharing a little peace of your heaven with us. Definitely on our list if it is the two of us again.

As advertised

The condo itself was clean and spacious enough for two adults. The building was right on the beach, with a great view. It contained everything we would want or need for a week’s stay. There was some construction being done on the building(upgrades), but it did not affect our stay. Just a short drive from all the stores and restaurants. Overall, a very nice vacation.
