Carefree holiday

It has been an unusual year so far due to Covid-19 for us - as far as anybody else - so we are more than happy for having had the chance to spend our holiday abroad. Visiting Brittany has proved to be a perfect match to our expectations for a relaxing holiday, last but not least due to your wonderful house, which has made us feel at home. It is perfectly located to discover great spots along the coast and visit local markets. We are leaving with long- lasting memories of 12 days of sun and rain, barbecues in the lovely garden, great hikes and many hours spent inside your house, which offers everything for a carefree holiday. The best experience ever

10 stars out of 5! We stayed here for a month and this was by far the best house, vacation and the owner we ever had. It really felt like we're staying with close family. Thank you so much, Marylène and Bernard! The house and the furniture have the character that only houses acquire, where people actually lived for a long time - forget the regular anonymous soulless accommodations elsewhere. All the home amenities and appliances one might need are there and functioning. Spacious garage with two bikes and tools if you need a small repair of your stuff. The library is interesting too (if you read in French). The house is also well adapted for small children (3 yo, in our case) with a cot or a separate room for older kids, and a large, carefully maintained, garden with flowers and a lawn for outdoor playing. Even children toys are there (some are mid-century and still in perfect shape) and books which are, honestly, content-wise nicer than what you'd normally see on the today's children's market. By the way, the place is almost in the town center (10-15 minutes on foot), yet very quite. Two organic shops and numerous conventional supermarkets are all not more than 10 minutes on a bike. I recommend a long stay, because otherwise you'd be terribly sorry to leave (well, actually you'll be sorry anyway).

Un séjour merveilleux

Nous sommes trés reconnaissants de la gentillesse dont Marylène et Bernard avaient fait preuve lors de notre visite en Bretagne. Nous n'aurions pas pu rêver d'un hôtesse plus accueillante, et qui était aussi attentionnée pour nous fournir des informations sur les endroits à visiter et les sites touristiques. La maison était si confortable et chaleureuse, avec un caractère typiquement breton, et un jardin calme et tranquille. C'est l'ancienne maison des parents de la propriétaire, avec les meubles, les livres, et le décor de ses parents. Nous avons adoré notre séjour ici car la maison offre une véritable expérience française. L'emplacement est pratique pour le centre-ville de Lannion, et les nombreuses villes côtières à proximité. Nous nous souviendrons toujours de notre première visite à Lannion avec un grand sourire grâce à Marylène et Bernard et cette maison.

Tolles Haus - toller Garten

Sehr freundlicher Empfang und gute Tipps der Gastgeberin! Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und schön. Vom Haus aus kann man gut Radtouren unternehmen. Die Küste mit herrlichen Stränden und Wanderwegen liegt nur einige Kilometer entfernt. Gerne wieder!

Tolles Haus mit Geschichte

Das Haus liegt wunderschön mit einem tollen Garten in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel. Es ist das Elternhaus der Vermieterin und enthält noch viele Erinnerungsstücke, die eine Geschichte erzählen und das Haus sehr persönlich machen. Der Check-in und die gesamte Kommunikation mit Marylene waren problemlos und sehr herzlich. Noch mal vielen Dank für alles!

Familienurlaub

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in diesem ansprechenden Haus. Es handelt sich nicht um eine 0815-IKEA-Ferienwohnung sondern um das Elternhaus der Vermieterin. Das sieht man an den Möbeln und es steht auch viel herum, was aber den Charme ausmacht. Die Bäder sind neu, der Rest durchrenoviert. Wir hatten genug Platz für unsere Sachen. Der angelegte Garten mit verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten ist wunderschön. Dank eines Windschutzes kann man bei entsprechender Witterung auch mal draußen frühstücken.Wie ein Besuch bei der Oma im allerbesten Sinn! Marielene war immer gut erreichbar und hat uns mit Gallettes verwöhnt. Sie hat viele Tips, was man unternehmen kann und dazu eine beeindruckende Sammlung von Karten und Infomaterial. Die Strände und Felsen der rosa Granitküste sind toll, es gibt schöne alte Orte und gutes Essen (Miesmuscheln!). Wir würden wiederkommen.

un séjour de rêve

La maison est superbe. Spacieuse, lumineuse, dotée d'un magnifique jardin, meublée avec un goût très sûr (salon, salle à manger et chambres splendides), exceptionnellement bien équipée (rien ne manque, de la cuisine à la salle de bain, en passant par internet et la télévision), elle est à cent coudées au-dessus de l'ordinaire des locations de vacances. C'est une vraie demeure avec une âme, une propriété familiale dans laquelle on aime s'attarder et vivre. Il faut ajouter que Marylène est une hôtesse formidable, sympathique, chaleureuse, généreuse, qui fait tout pour vous rendre le séjour agréable : toujours disponible, prête à rendre service et à vous renseigner sur une région qu'elle aime et connaît très bien. Nous nous félicitons de notre choix, sans aucune réserve.

Fabulous holiday home

We would highly recommend this house in Lannion. The owners are delightful and full of useful information. They gave us such a warm welcome that we immediately felt at home. Even the neighbours made us feel more than welcome. The house itself is in a great location in Lannion in a quiet residential street but is only about 15 minutes from a variety of lovely beaches - ideal for swimming, rock pooling, stand up paddling, canoeing etc... The house itself is charming and fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay. You feel more like you are at home than in a holiday rental. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will most likely be returning!

Perfect home for everything

We enjoyed our time at this house as six friends. Unfortunatly, the weather was not the best so we couldn't use the otherwise beautiful garden very often. The surrounding of the house is very calm and inside everything is placed with great care. We felt like at home. The kitchen is quite well equipped with enough dishes for 6 people and the shower downstairs is newly renovated -very comfortable. A separate toilet is useful with six people living there at one time. The living room is spacious with beautiful furniture (as in the whole house). Upstairs are three bedrooms (two beds with app. 1,40m and two single beds that can be used as another double bed) and one bathroom plus one room connected to one of the bedrooms with its own sink. On thing that was difficult for us: The carpets and the staircase are a little slippery - be careful. With the beautiful landscape around, the calm neighbourhood and the magnificent coast, it was definetly worth staying there.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison de Lannion. Elle est très agréable à vivre et vraiment spacieuse, conformément aux photos. Cette maison est très bien située au sein d'un quartier calme à 10mn à pied seulement du centre ville de Lannion et à 5mn à peine en voiture de tous commerces et grandes surfaces. Les plages sont également très faciles d'accès en voiture. La propriétaire est charmante, elle se montre très disponible et à l'écoute ce qui est vraiment très appréciable. En ce qui nous concerne, elle a fait preuve de nombreuses attentions à notre égard (surtout pour nos enfants) et son accueil est très chaleureux ! Tout est réuni pour passer de très bonnes vacances ! 3 semaines à l'air d'une Bretagne ensoleillée dans un été caniculaire partout en France Une maison entièrement vouée à notre confort dedans comme dans le jardin Un position géographique à 15/20 minutes à pied du centre historique de Lannion, ville animée et charmante. La mer et les côtes à proximité, sans oublier les sites intéressants alentour (Tréguier, le radome, etc.) Et cerise sur le gâteau, l'accueil de la propriétaire particulièrement chaleureux Que demander de plus ? De revenir une autre fois peut-être ?

Séjour reposant dans un cadre calme et tranquille

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la maison de Mme Le Tinevez qui nous a reçus avec beaucoup de gentillesse. La maison est située dans un quartier calme et tranquille et nous pouvions descendre en ville à pied, ce qui est agréable surtout le jeudi, jour du marché ! Merveilleuses semaines en famille

Idéalement située pour découvrir la Côte de Granit rose, cette maison vous offre des prestations de qualité. Il y fait bon vivre et le jardin est magnifique. Nous recommandons vivement cette maison qui est située dans un quartier résidentiel calme non loin du centre de Lannion à pied. Quant à l'accueil, la disponibilité et la gentillesse de la propriétaire, il est difficile de faire mieux. Une belle adresse pour passer d'agréables vacances!

Idéal pour se retrouver en famille et visiter la région!

Maison bien équipée et idéalement située pour accéder rapidement en voiture aux principaux sites touristiques et plages à moins de 10km. Centre-ville accessible à pied. Accueil très chaleureux de la propriétaire qui a été de très bon conseil et que nous remercions vivement pour sa bienveillance, sa flexibilité, sa disponibilité, ...mais aussi pour les crêpes qu'elle avait préparées pour notre arrivée!
