Relax and refresh in Frisco in a charming setting away from the crowds and clamor. This townhome features coffered ceilings, a garage and mudroom, a cozy fireplace, and lots of natural light. Enjoy views of Mount Royal from the deck, which overlooks the tennis and pickleball court.

Just a short walk to downtown Frisco for shopping, eateries, and boutiques, you will be close to the action. In the winter, you can easily access seven different ski resorts via Highway 6, Highway 9, and I-70. Or take the free bus to your downhill or Nordic ski destination. Get some air at A-Basin, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Keystone, and Loveland. The dog days of summer don’t exist here. There is almost too much to do and see. You can find hiking, biking, fishing, golf, festivals, not to mention water activity of all kinds at the Frisco Bay Marina.

Amazing gateway!
Nestled in Colorado's Rockies, Frisco offers easy access to Copper Mountain and Arapahoe Basin. After skiing or exploring, unwind in comfy accommodations with three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and a cozy fireplace. The house is fully stocked with everything you need, from kitchen essentials to fresh linens and board games. It's the perfect base for group getaways, providing a relaxing and convenient stay in the heart of the mountains. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Good location but dated inside
This property is in an excellent area, close to multiple ski resorts and short walk to downtown Frisco where there are great bars and restaurants. The property was clean and had a decent amount of supplies for our stay (paper towels, dishes, cleaning supplies, shampoo/conditioner/body wash). The only reason it is not a 5 star review is that the furniture/appliances/fixtures were extremely dated and looked as though they were picked up at random yard sales or estate sales. The linens were clean and fresh but also old and had some light staining. I would expect better furnishings for a rental which brings 20k a month in the winter. Seems like a quick trip to IKEA could fix this.

Great Location
Great location near downtown, plenty of linens, good layout, comfortable beds, plenty of parking (one stall garage, driveway, general parking lot). Entire place needs updating.

House close to the slopes
The house is close to keystone , Breckinridge, copper mountain. Easy to get in and out even when it’s snowing a lot. 5-10 minute walk to Frisco’s Main Street. Enough space for 8 people. We were short on cups but other then that house was perfect place for our skiing trip.

Nice and quiet
I've lived in Frisco for 16 years and I rented this for my family. I kive right down the street. This olace is located right off main Street for a close walk to the town. Very quiet area and the olace was clean and spacious. Alot of took to entertain and cook if needed.
