Note that tourist tax is included in the rental fee. Final cleaning must be done by the guests or can be available with additional 80 euros to be paid on site. Towels must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 10 euros to be paid on site. Bed linen must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 40 euros to be paid on site.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking is allowed. Pets are allowed. Parties are allowed.
Extra guests can be accepted for additional fees. Booking requests for more than 13 travellers will incur a fee of €10 per person.
