The villa offers 3 large double bedrooms (6 adults) of around 15 m² each, each with its en-suite bathroom.

The huge living room of 80 m², wide open to the garden and the ocean, is your common place of life, in any space, without disturbing you, even when there are many.

The state-of-the-art American kitchen (brand new appliances: whirlpool, Samsung, etc.) will allow you to cook while contemplating the view and the infinity of the ocean.

A 5 * 3 m swimming pool is at your disposal, facing the sea. The large garden will allow children to let off steam safely, to the delight of their parents.

Note that the Atlantic coast, and the dominant position of the house facing the trade winds, make the atmosphere less heavy and the mosquitoes much less numerous.
