Another Perfect Stay

This was our second time staying here, and once again…it was amazing! The location is perfect, especially for those who want to be away from the more crowded areas of the beach. The condo is very spacious and clean and the view is incredible. This time around we were able to watch a rocket launch from the balcony! We will definitely stay here again when we return to Cocoa Beach.

Wonderful vacation!

Highly recommend this condo. It is always clean and very well stocked. We loved the upates since our last stay! Owners respond very quickly to any issues and very pleasant to work with. Surrounding area is well maintained and very quiet. We will definitely stay here again!

Top floor of the condo was perfect (thankful for elevator). The view was perfect. The process of renting this property and leaving it was very simple. Absolutely no problems. Will definitely stay again when we go back to cocoa beach.

Overall the stay was great, the location was good, and the beach view was amazing. The twin beds in the 3rd bedroom were NOT COMFORTABLE AT ALL. Other than that the rental was great.

Great getaway!

The condo was everything we expected. Spacious and clean. Right on the beach with great view for the boat races.(Thunder on The Beach) Also saw a space launch and numerous cruise ships leaving port. Walking distance to some great restaurants and shops. Definitely looking forward to doing this again.

Five stars with a million-dollar view

My Grandson, age 13, and I spent a week in August at this condo. The owners, Randy and Jo Ellen, were excellent when making the arrangements. Communication was prompt and professional. The Condo exceeded all our expectations including the million-dollar view. The beach is beautiful. The location gave us easy access to the beach, surfing lessons, Kennedy Space Center, an air-boat ride on the St. John’s river, groceries and restaurants. John and Austin - Minneapolis, Minnesota

Wonderful Condo

I can’t say enough nice things about this place. It was perfect! Very clean and roomy, beds super comfortable, full sized washer and dryer…I could honestly go on. The view was amazing, and we could see both launch pads from our balcony. The beach was never crowded in this area. This area is perfect especially for families with kids. We took our 10 year old and she agrees that this place was amazing! She left some beach toys for future guests with kids. My husband and I left a couple beach umbrellas as well. We definitely plan on coming back to Cocoa Beach and staying here again 💗 Many thanks to the owners. Highly recommend!

An excellent experience

This property exceeded our expectations. First, the owners were great to work with. They even left us some welcome goodies. The condo is actually more spacious than the photos show. The building is very quiet, and the other residents were very friendly. The views are spectacular. Sunrises on the morning on the balcony, and sunsets on the afternoon from the bedroom. Access to the beach is excellent. We saw lots of dolphins right from our balcony. We have rented condos all up and down the beach in Cocoa Beach, and this is by far the best. You won't be disappointed if you rent this property

Our happy place

This condo is everything one could ask for : -Responsive owners who are a dream to work with -beautiful, beachfront location -quiet building that is well maintained -vibrant neighborhood -did I mention beachfront? This is our second stay here. Morning Coffee while watching the sunrise on the balcony was everyday ritual. There are at least 10 great restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Publix is a mile away... We watched 3 rocket launches right from the balcony! The condo itself is nicely appointed. Beds are very comfy. They have recently added a Brand new washer and dryer. There is plenty of parking, and the residents in the building are very friendly. If you are looking for a beautiful beachfront getaway, Gray's Escape is for you.

The room with the view.

From the moment we walked in we couldn't get over the top floor view. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful week enjoying Florida. We did have a few self made issues with the remote but they were fixed by following the directions. Would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic Cocoa Bch. beachfront!

We love this section of Cocoa Beach and stay here often. We have actually stayed in this building before but this condo has the best view of any we have stayed in. The checkin was super easy and the owners were very thoughtful in leaving a personalized greeting with information. Communication was also great. Condo itself was absolutely spotless and had everything we needed for a great week at the beach. Don’t hesitate to stay at this property!

Perfect get away

We were very happy with are stay, the condo was very clean and the site out the balcony was great. We watch 3 space x rockets go up while sitting on the balcony. I have no complaints. Kids loved there room and all the board games that were there to play. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Peaceful Oceanfront Condo

This lovely oceanfront condo was recently updated with the latest appliances. Located in north downtown Cocoa Beach made walks to the great local restaurants most enjoyable. The beach was peaceful and pristine since it was just north of the most congested "tourist" beach which was only a short walk away. Randy & Jo Ellen were communicative as needed and pleasant to speak with.
