Green Valley Desert Retreat
Enjoy scenic Arizona in the comfort of this two bedroom, two bath
single level townhome. Located just around the corner from the
Desert Hills Social Center (swimming, dances, bridge, tennis,
classes and tons of fun) this end unit offers a very bright and
light floor plan including a convenient kitchen and dining area,
lovely living room master bedroom and private patio.
Green Valley is a retirement community 20 miles south of Tucson.
There are numerous nearby golf courses and you're only 40 miles from
Nogales, Mexico.
The kitchen is complete and convenient and just a few steps from the
dining area.
The master bedroom has plenty of room with a king size bed and is
joined by a private bath. The second bedroom also has a king size
bed.
The living room is beautifully furnished including TV and
has plenty room for entertaining family and friends.
Enjoy beautiful mountain views from your private brick patio
equipped with a gas BBQ for those evening cook-outs. You'll see
birds, rabbits, roadrunners and every variety of cactus.
There are three TVs; one in the living room with basic cable plus Netflix and Sling providing my guests with a large spectrum of live TV channels plus a generous selection of sports channels.
I provide my guests with forms to obtaing guest passes allowing access to all Green Valley Recreation (GVR) facilities.

Located in Desert Hills Estates, a neighbourhood in Green Valley, this holiday home is in the mountains. Historic Hacienda De La Canoa and Tubac Presidio State Historic Park are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at San Ignacio Golf Club and Canoa Ranch Golf Club. Whipple Observatory Visitors Center and Tubac Center of the Arts are also worth visiting. Make sure you get close to the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

I am a native of Oregon but am having a love affair with Green Valley. I'm not new to owning and renting vacation property with this being my seventh! No, I don't sill have them all (if only) but I've been at it for 30+ years and have learned a thing or two about what it takes make my guest's stay as enjoyable and memorable as possible. You'll find me easy to reach, responsive and a careful and clear communicator.
Why they chose this property
In addition to being in beautiful Green Valley and located in a very desirable location, my Green Valley Desert Retreat is located on a quiet residential street (speed limit 15 MPH) with no through traffic. It is an end unit and there are no buildings on one side. I personally maintain and upgrade my townhome and fuss over every detail. I keep it in the condition I would want if I were staying there and, in fact, I do spend time there throughout the year.
What makes this property unique
Location, location, location! It doesn't get much better than spending time in this well-appointed townhome with a stunning view of the picturesque Sana Rita mountains in and just around the corner from the Desert Hills Social Center.
