Composition: Ground floor: living room/kitchen: equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, vitroceramic 4 burner, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, bay window overlooking the terrace), living room (sofa, TV, 2 bay windows with view on the golf), washing machine in the closet of the entrance, bedroom 1 (double bed), bathroom (shower, washbasin, towel rail), separate toilet.
