Looking for a relaxing vacation on Hilton Head Island? This 2 bedroom, 2 bath first floor Evian villa in the heart of beautiful Shipyard Plantation is your ideal vacation retreat. As you enter this retreat you will be charmed by this warm, comfortable unit as an extensive remodel was completed in the Fall of 2012 and it was completely repainted and redecorated in January 2022 for your added comfort and pleasure.

As you walk past the foyer on your right is the large, bright kitchen with updated appliances, and cabinets which are fully stocked with everything a chef would need to prepare a wonderful dinner. Next to the kitchen is the dining area, with ample seating for six. Off of the dining area are two French doors leading to a quiet patio with great views of the golf course.

The family room has plenty of seating and a sleeper sofa, with a 55" smart TV to keep you entertained when you’re not at the beach, playing tennis, or swimming in the pool.
This charming Shipyard villa comfortably sleeps 7 guests in 2 bedrooms. Down the hall on your left is the second bedroom, with a queen and twin bed. On the right is the master bedroom which has a king bed, a private bath, TV and ample space to put your bathing suits away!

Evian, Hilton Head is one of Shipyard’s most scenic settings and an oasis of seclusion and serenity surrounded by the Brigantine Golf Course. An old fashioned gazebo overlooks the 5 acre lake with a sweeping footbridge and benches for wildlife viewing, the pool is open year round and the free lighted tennis courts are located nearby. A short walk or bike ride and your toes are in the Atlantic Ocean.

Family Vacation at Sunset Rentals

We so enjoyed our vacay in Hilton Head . SC. Sunset Rentals reservation procedure was so easy . We stayed in a beautiful decorated private - gated villa community surrounded by ponds , pools , and a .golf course z The beach was only a bike ride away . My granddaughter also had the opportunity to steer the boat during our dolphin tour. This by far was the best vacay that allowed for quality family time.

It was fine.

The kitchen had more than enough pots/pans/accessories you would ever need. This was great, as a lot of times, rentals are bare-bones in this area. The beach is a short bike ride away. The villa was pretty dark, pretty much due to the architectural design. The patio really doesn't offer a golf course view as there's a concrete wall between you and the course. Again, that's the design. We noticed some units that built up the patio/deck floor so they could have a view. The community pool has been closed since the beginning of the pandemic, which started over a year ago. I reached out to the rental agency and they said they had no control over that. They do have control of the property description and it should not be included. On the really windy days, it would have been nice to be in the pool area, which offers shelter from the wind. Most importantly, the wifi bandwidth was not strong enough. My husband was working remotely and had several "meetings" drop because of poor bandwidth.
