This luxurious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Evian villa located within Shipyard Plantation on the seventh Tee of the Brigantine golf course, is a short bike ride to the beach and a quick walk for golf and tennis. This villa is perfect for families and couples alike. The open floor plan offers plenty of natural light and access to a covered patio with golf views.

The living area with plenty of natural light offers vaulted ceilings, luxury plank floors, wet bar with wine fridge, sectional sofa, flat screen television and electric fireplace. Great area for family gatherings.

The fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances opens up to the dining area with access to the outdoor balcony overlooking the golf course that is partially covered for outdoor relaxing.

The large master bedroom has a seating area with golf course views that features a king-size bed, flat screen television, and walk-in closet. The new private master bathroom features a large custom walk-in shower and double vanity and plenty of counter space.

The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and a Twin Size Bed with a flat screen television and plenty of closet space. The guest bathroom is located just outside the bedroom featuring a shower/tub combination.

Beach chairs and beach umbrella/Coolcabana are provided for your enjoyment.

The condo is wonderful. Great location in a gated community. 15 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Very pleasant view of the golf course from the back deck. We had many great evenings sitting watching the golfers and wildlife go by.

Perfect - We Loved It!

Newly renovated and beautifully decorated. Absolutely equipped with everything a family needed to enjoy our beach vacation. Super clean and comfortable … we will make this our top choice whenever we return to HHI. Hosts were very helpful and very easy to communicate with.

Perfect Get-away

This was a well-appointed perfect beach get away for our Thanksgiving time away from home. It was a tranquil quiet time for us. The kitchen was stock with every tool you needed to prepare food. It was very clean. Would could not have asked for a better place to visit.

Excellent villa!

It was so hard to leave this beautiful villa!! Everything from start to finish was amazing…super clean, well-appointed, and beautiful! We really appreciated the detailed communication with Scott and Myla, too. Lots of updates prior to our stay and then check ins during our time to make sure all was well. We are already counting the days to our return!

Fall in Shipyard

It was so incredibly comfortable! Loved the sectional in the living room and the master bed and bath was so wonderful and luxurious. The updates to this villa were done so tastefully, I took notes for future decorating ideas. The walk to the beach was short and peaceful at this time of year. The owners were so accommodating - letting us in early because it was ready. Highly recommend this property to others!!

Beautiful Location

Condo was in immaculate condition. We had absolutely no issues whatsoever. The pool is extremely close to the condo so no need to drive. You will however have to drive to the beach by the Sonesta. Get there early in the morning if you want a spot or go later in the evening after 5:00 p.m. we had a wonderful stay in the owner was extremely easy to work with and very helpful when needed. We would highly recommend this property for your next vacation!

We have been to Evian in Shipyard many times. However, Scott and Myla’s place surpasses any other unit in this department. This place has been totally redone and reenvisioned. to perfection. Great Stay

Our family had a great vacation and really enjoyed our 2 week stay. We have been to Hilton Head on previous vacations, staying at both Hilton Head Plantation and Palmetto Dunes. This was our first time staying in Shipyard and we were located in a quiet, low key area that backed up to the 7th hole on the golf course. We rented bike and bikes to the beach each day. There were plenty of bike paths to navigate through the plantation as well as to make a quick visit to Coligny Shopping Plaza. We were able to take advantage of the tennis/pickle ball courts that were located across the street from the Villa. The Villa was very clean and up-to-date. Having not been our first rodeo, there were nice little touches like a small package of dishwasher cubes, laundry soup, k-cups and creamer for a Keurig, and bottles of water on the counter that made for a welcoming atmosphere upon arrival. We enjoyed sitting out on the covered deck in the morning while eating breakfast and drinking coffee. A thunderstorm came through one evening and knocked out the cable and internet for several days. Scott and Myla were very responsive and helpful coordinating the Spectrum to get things back up and running.

We stayed here over the 4th of July holiday weekend and I can’t say enough good things about this property or the hosts. The communication is excellent. The location of the unit is perfect. So close to restaurants, the beach, and grocery stores. It was incredibly clean and had every amenity we could need. We raved about how great it was the entire time and would stay here again without question.

Fantastic Condo - Highly Recommend

We've stayed in several condos over the years on Hilton Head Island and this was by FAR our favorite. The condo is clean, updated, beds very comfortable, beautifully decorated and well equipped. there were beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler and towels for the beach! Close to the beach and all things Hilton Head. The condo is in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Scott and Myla sent very detailed information, we were well taken care of. Very generous hosts and easy to get in touch with.

Second stay just as great as the first one

This was our second stay at this condo in Hilton Head and it was just as great as our first time. This second level condo is great and the location is perfect. We will definitely look to stay here the next time we come back. Short bike ride to the beach access and Coligny shopping center. Watch golfers from the balcony. Short walk to the pool, tennis, and pickleball courts. Scott and Myla think of everything to make your stay great and are very responsive.

All around awesome stay! Excellent home, hosts, area

If we ever make it back to Hilton Head, we will stay here! House is as described, very comfortable, clean and well equipped. The hosts are phenomenal and communication was excellent. And the Shipyard village is great as well. Don’t think twice about booking here.
