The best vacation ever!!!!!!

Lisa Honeycutt was an amazing host!, since we arrived she made our visit so welcoming and friendly, the place is so confortable , clean and walking distance from restaurants and the Marina , incredibly experience at Marinaterra area 🎉🎉🎉🎉

I loved it … It was quiet relaxing atmosphere. I was running late because of the rain and checkpoints in Mx and Veronica was really helpful in arranging my check in. The place was neat with enough supplies to get started.

When speaking with the property manager Lisa, she was very short on the phone with me. On the day of check in, I landed in Hermosillo and one of the people traveling in our group was delayed in his flight. It was going to be around 5 PM by the time we were able to get to San Carlos. I tried a few times to get ahold of Lisa to communicate the delay, after a few phone calls and several hours, I finally did and told her what time I would be there and that seemed to bother her that she may have to stay a few minutes past 5 PM. I did get there around 4:30 which was within her 3 hour window of check in. When we did get to the property, she was giving the tour and a couple of my friends that were staying in another part of the property were actually told "You should have stayed in the car like you were told" in a very snarky way. One of the pools was un-usable and looked like a couple diseases floating around in there. Other than the pool, the property was great, great location. Bottom line was the property manager was rude as can be. Seemed like I inconvenienced her for asking a couple questions. Love San Carlos...gonna find other accommodations for my next trip.

This location was great to walk around the marina, there are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. Condo was nice and had everything we needed.

Nice property near the marina. Very clean and well equipped. Property manager is very easy to communicate with and accommodating.
