Occupancy limits. Per the fire Marshall's requirements and condo by laws, these limits are a maximum of four (4) persons in a studio, six (6) in a one bedroom unit and eight (8) persons in a two bedroom unit.
Emergency situations: Renters need to contact their rental agent's cell phone, regarding any questions or problems in their unit. There is no property manager on the premises at Marina Real Condominiums.
Parking: By permit only and limited to one space per unit as designated. You will be provided a parking pass by the property manager. If more space is needed, please secure permission from another owner. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the renter expense.
Speed limit: Please maintain s speed of 5 miles per hour to ensure pedestrian safety.
Quiet hours: Are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Please limit noise at all times to respect others.
Security: Marina Real Condominiums does not ssume liability for any loss sustained by guests.
Guest responsibility: Guests are expected to comply with these rules and respect the property at Marina real Condominiums. Guests are responsible for the conduct and behavior of themselves, their visitors and their children at all times. Children under the age of 13 must be supervised by an adult at all times. Persons observed or suspected of destructing property, demonstrating disorderly conduct or using foul or abusive language will be escorted from the property immediately. We also reserve the right to seek reimbursement for any destruction or damages to property.
Sports complex: Rules are posted in the pool area.
Pets: Pets are allowed only with owner approval. Lawns and gardens are not to be used for pet "relief" areas. Please use the surrounding fields or the small pet run south of the parking lot for walkings pets. No pets may be left outside and unattended at any time. Please pick up after your pet immediately and discard waste properly.
Trash: Please bag and dispose of your trash in the dumpster provided at the south end of the parking lot. Large boxes and other oversize containers must be broken down before disposal. Please recycle aluminum and deposit in marked container. Stairwells and hallways must remain clear at all times and cannot be used to store your trash or any other items. Items left unattended in hallways, stairwells, or in common areas will be discarded.
Patios and terrace: Patios and terraces must be kept clean and orderly at all times. Beach and laundry items cannot be visible from ground level.
Right to seek reimbursement: The owners / management reserves the right to seek reimbursement for any destruction or damage to propety.
• Casago are not responsible for items left in the condo or house please be sure to lock the units.
• Please be aware, that long term rentals, utilities are charged to tenants.
• Smoking is not permitted in any unit. Out of respect for our other guest.
• Hanging any sort of clothes or towels on terrace rails is prohibited.
