About this property

This completely renovated condo unit in Wintergreen resort is brand new to the rental market. All brand new furniture and appliances!

You can WALK TO the Black Diamond SLOPES. The wintergreen shuttle stops right in front of the condo to take you down to the main ski lodge, which is less than 1 mile away!

Guests can use our PRIORITY PARKING PASS that would allow to park right next to the main ski lodge.

There are two master bedrooms (upstairs LOFT master bedroom& downstairs master bedroom), both with King beds, LED TV’s, and en-suite bathrooms. The third bedroom has two bunk beds. Full kitchen and spacious dining table. We have WiFi, cable TV, and Roku (Netflix, etc)

We provide starter amounts of paper towels, toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. We also have a Keurig coffee maker and a regular drip coffee maker.

Due to our family’s allergies, absolutely NO PETS/ANIMALS are allowed. NO smoking allowed. Please do not wear outside shoes inside the unit.

We would like you to be aware that there are a few sets of stairs down to the condo and one up to the entrance area to access the condo. This property may not be the best suited for someone who has difficulty with stairs.

Beautiful view

Great condo with beautiful views! Comfortable beds, clean, and nicely updated. We had a great trip staying in this unit for fall hiking at Wintergreen.

Sunrise at the Ledges

Lovely cozy condo for a family weekend getaway! Sunrises were incredible along with the view overlooking mountain tops and ski runs. Close to everything.

12th Birthday Ski Trip

We had an an amazing time. Our host was on it every minute when we needed her. The condo was very clean, beautiful and breathing taking view. Thank you for having us and we will be back.

Wonderful Weekend

We had a lovely Thanksgiving weekend at this property. Evan was very communicative and responded quickly to any inquiries. The kitchen was beautifully stocked and the view was fabulous.

Amazing Views

The condo was lovely. The views were amazing. The beds were comfortable and they provided everything we needed for our stay. I do suggest bringing some food to cook (at least for breakfast) because there are limited restaurants close by. We will definitely return.
