This authentic Basque house of the eighteenth, enjoy the serenity and charm of the countryside just outside of the ocean and mountains.

From the garden and pool, beautiful view on the Basque hills, dotted with hoardings stone!
From the house, many walking tours are offered, leading you from one side to the listed village of Labastide-Clairence, its streets, its artists, its church and its cemetery, the other to the road tops that leads to the Abbey of Belloc or Hasparren with wide panorama ... Rhune!

Wonderful house in the country side

This is a wonderful and big house in a very quite area. Chistina & Peyo are excellent and kind hosts that will do their outmost to secure you a great holliday. First of all the place is PERFECTLY clean when you come and they give you a thorough introduction and top this with a delisiuos welcome gift. There is plenty of space and 5 cousy bedsrooms which makes it perfect for the very big family or two families sharing the house (and the cost). We were only a family of 4 but we enjoyed the space. The kitchen is by far the most well equipped we ever saw and it is top-nudge equipment so you have no excuse if cooking is the order of he day. There is a big dining table but if you are four like us you might enjoy having some of your meals in the kitchen if you are not outside. Outside has a beatiful view from the pool area and the pool is heated which actually was very nice as not all days were sunny and hot. If you are tavelling with children they might like the four goats who are living next door (not at all noisy mind you!)The internet is a bid slow - you are in the country side! We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend to stay here.

Séjour très agréable dans une maison superbe, parfaitement équipée. Le cadre extérieur est un véritable havre de paix, avec une vue magnifique et apaisante. En prime, la présence des poules et des biquettes a ajouté une touche de charme et de convivialité à cette expérience déjà exceptionnelle. Les propriétaires, à la fois discrets et très à l'écoute, ont su rendre ce séjour encore plus agréable. Un lieu idéal pour se ressourcer.

Séjour parfait dans la campagne Basque

Nous avons passé un formidable séjour entre amis dans la maison du Clos Gaxen. Le jardin est magnifiquement arboré avec une superbe piscine ! Mention spéciale pour la cuisine et ses équipements, nous adorons cuisiner et nous nous sommes régalés ! Chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain c’est parfait ! Merci à Cristina et Peyo pour leur accueil et attentions!

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable avec nos amis dans cette charmante demeure. Christina et Peyo sont très accueillants. La maison possède tout ce qu'il faut. Elle est parfaitement conforme à l'annonce. La vue depuis la piscine est remarquable. La localisation est idéale pour découvrir la région. Les voisines que sont les chèvres et les poules ont grandement participé au dépaysement de notre séjour. Encore un grand merci à Christina et Peyo. Nous recommandons plus que vivement cette maison.
