About this property

CHARENTE MARITIME CHARMING COTTAGE

In a beautiful Charentaise house, part gîte with an independent entrance with garden and private parking, quietly in a pretty village near the estuary of the Gironde.
Beaches, tourist sights, equestrian center, super market, pharmacies, doctors, shops etc .... are nearby (4 km).
Possibility of ordering meals (dessert 15 euros / pers) and breakfast (brioche, jams, fruit juices are homemade, 7 euros / pers) delivered and prepared by me.
A check of deposit of 400 euros non cash must be handed over to the arrival in the housing. It will be send at the latest 15 days after the departure.
The complete household must be made at the end of the stay, otherwise it will be retained 70 euros on the deposit

Excellente expérience

Ce charmant gîte était parfait pour notre famille de 4 personnes. Idéalement situé dans un petit village au calme, il nous a permis de découvrir de nombreux site de cette belle région. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et accueillants (mention spéciale pour la galette charentaise maison lors de notre arrivée, quelle surprise). Nous recommandons.
