Fisherman's house in the heart of the blue city

Our fisherman's house is located in the city center, both quiet and close to the port, the walled town and shops. The beach is 20 minutes on foot / 6 minutes by bike.
Alone, as a couple or family, on vacation or just passing through, you can enjoy the blue city on foot and discover our magnificent region of southern Finistère.

Travel light: Sheets and towels provided. Stroller, baby bed, high chair, plastic cutlery, children's & family games available.

The house is composed, on the ground floor, of an entrance with WC, of a living room gathering equipped kitchen, convivial room and warm living room, of a small extra bedroom with mezzanine and of an outdoor courtyard where you can have lunch in fine weather. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with tub and toilet.

Wunderschönes Haus im Zentrum von Concarneau. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und Speisezimmer. Das kam uns sehr entgegen, da wir gerne kochen und ausprobieren. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Gemütliches Fischerhaus

Unser Aufenthalt war wunderschön. Von Concarneau aus besichtigten wir die umliegenden Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das kleine Häuschen hat alles, was man braucht. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Einen Parkplatz gibt es vor dem Haus und in der Straßeim Moment kaum, da im Nachbarhaus gebaut wird, jedoch ohne Baulärm. Gleich um die Ecke rechts gibt es jedoch einen kostenlosen Parkplatz. Wir haben die Zeit in Concarneau sehr genossen.

Guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmugnen

Ein nettes Haus, zentral gelegen, sympathische Vermieter. An einigen Stellen ist die ansonsten liebevolle Renovierung noch nicht abgeschlossen, aber damit kann man für eine Woche gut leben. Ausstattung vollkommen ok. Allerdings scheint das Haus etwas feucht zu sein, hier müsste etws getan werden. Wir waren zufrieden, vor allem, weil von diesem Standort aus sehr viele interesane Ausflüge gut gestartet werden können.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Cathy et Stéphane. Ils ont répondu très vite à nos demandes. Leur maison est confortable, très propre. Le grand parking, à proximité, est très pratique.. La maison est située idéalement pour pouvoir découvrir la ville à pied.

Propriétaires très sympathiques, nous recommandons vivement ce gîte. La proximité du centre ville permet aisément de faire tous les déplacements à pied .l équipement y est complet et les vélos le petit plus bien agréable.

Sehr gemütliches Haus mitten in der Stadt

Wir haben als vierköpfige Familie eine tolle Woche in dem gemütlichen und liebevoll eingerichteten Haus von Cathy und Stéphane verbracht. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was für einen Aufenthalt benötigt wird, und verfügt zusätzlich über einen kuscheligen Innenhof, in dem wir unsere Mahlzeiten eingenommen haben. Die Vermieter haben wir leider nicht persönlich kennen gelernt, weil sie zu unserer Reisezeit selbst im Urlaub waren. Aber der Kontakt per E-Mail lief problemlos und die Organisation hat perfekt funktioniert. Wir kommen gerne wieder nach Concarneau und in das wunderbare kleine Haus von Cathy und Stéphane!

Tout s'est très bien passé, procédure arrivée/départ très simple, communication propriétaires très fluide. La maison est idéalement placée pour découvrir Concarneau et ses environs. Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Woche in Concarneau. Haus mit echtem Charme, sauber, unproblematische Übergabe mit sehr netten Vermieter. Waren nur zu zweit und hatten sehr viel Platz. Der Porte de Plaisance war nicht weit entfernt. Alles bestens.

de belles journées bretonnes dans une maison de pêcheurs à 2 pas du port de Concarneau

La maison de Catherine est très bien située à 2 pas du port et du centre ville de Concarneau. Elle est très jolie et très bien équipée et aménagée. On s'y sent vraiment bien. Nous avons profité d'un bon feu de cheminée après les grandes promenades sur la plage. Les enfants (4.5 et 6.5 ans) auraient appréciés qu'il y ait un peu plus de jouets adaptés à leur âge mais sinon le séjour était parfait !

Un havre de confort au coeur de Concarneau

Maison de ville très confortable et agréable située à proximité immédiate de la Ville Close. Idéale pour découvrir la ville et ses environs. Propriétaires très prévenants. Dommage que nous n'ayons pas eu l'occasion de les rencontrer de visu à cause du COVID-19.

Petite maison bien agencée, séjour au calme près du centre ville

Bien que nous n'avons pas rencontré nos hôtes, le séjour est très bien organisé. Arrivée et départ en self-service. Catherine s'est bien informée de notre bien-être et a rapidement répondu à nos demandes. La petite cour est très pratique, surtout quand on a un chien.
