Terraced house of 60 m2 adjacent to the golf of Cornwall, near the port of Plaisance Port Forest, the beach of Kerleven and the village of La ForĂȘt-Fouesnant.
Modern decoration in the spirit "seaside".
Two bedrooms upstairs. A toilet on the floor and a toilet on the ground floor.
Two parking spaces in front of the entrance of the house.
Calm and natural environment.
Fully enclosed private garden with terrace, garden furniture and barbecue. Closed shelter for bikes ....
TV and Wifi.
Baby equipment available. Rental from Saturday to Saturday in July and August.
Linen rental with supplement of 40 €.

Lieblos / Neglected

Window filthy, not cleaned for ages; small terrace of just grey street concrete; terrace walls covered with black spots & stripes; small "garden" mixture of unattended grass & weeds; one old sun lounger for two persons, originally white, now covered with dark stains, no seat cushion; bed-side lamp with wrong plug couldn't be connected to wall socket, need to "bounce one's way" in the dark to find the distant ceiling lamp switch. Though we had rented & paid for a full week, we left the unpleasant house after only a few days.

L'endroit est magique entre golf et port au calme. Le port et la plage à quelques minutes à pieds sont un point fort. Dommage que les locataires précédents ont laissés toute la vaisselle ds un état déplorable; ainsi qu'une odeur de tabac froid alors que le logement est non-fumeurs.

Nettes Haus mit Potential

Das Haus entspricht der Online-Beschreibung. Es verfĂŒgt ĂŒber viele hĂŒbsche, liebevolle Details (besonders die Einrichtung und Deko im Wohnbereich) und eine tolle Lage (sehr ruhig, 5 Minuten mit dem Rad zum Strand, 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum tollen Segelhafen), hat aber auch Potential. Es ist alles sauber, aber dennoch nagt der Zahn der Zeit und es könnten ein paar Dinge erneuert werden. Der Garten und die Terrasse sind in der Tat nicht sehr einladend (etwas ungepflegt, keine gemĂŒtlichen Gartenmöbel/Auflagen). Wir schließen uns an: nur ein Handtuch pro Person ist etwas wenig. Aber alles in allem war es gut und wir hatten erholsame 2 Wochen im schöne La Foret Fouesnant. Von Floriane wurden wir sehr herzlich begrĂŒĂŸt und verabschiedet, vielen Dank noch einmal und alles Gute!

Une trĂšs bonne situation

SĂ©jour trĂšs agrĂ©able dans une maison qui bĂ©nĂ©ficie de la proximitĂ© de la plage, du centre ville, et de dĂ©parts de balades Ă  pied. La cuisine est bien Ă©quipĂ©e et la piĂšce Ă  vivre de bonnes dimensions. Le grille-pain et les lampes de chevet, dĂ©fectueux durant notre sĂ©jour, ont Ă©tĂ© remplacĂ©s dans les 24h00 aprĂšs notre signalement. Un bĂ©mol : la baignoire n’est pas Ă©quipĂ©e pour la prise de douche sans projection d’eau au sol.

Sejour trÚs agréable. Bon emplacement a 2 pas du port et 10 min a pieds de la plage

5 jours agreables. Tres bon emplacement pour profiter du port, de la plage, des sentiers en footing. TrĂšs bon contact avec la personne qui s'occupe du logement. Le logement est pas mal mais un peu dans son jus. Dommage avec un petit coup de rajeunissement, ce logement serait parfait.

Au calme

Logement idéalement placé pour découvrir la région, et situé au calme. L'équipement est un peu vieillot ( rien en Sdb pour sécher les serviettes, plaque de cuisson en cuisine ancienne, mobilier peu fonctionnel) le lit, en 160, est assez confortable bien que bruyant,. Bien choisir l'option linge de maison si vous voulez avoir des draps !

Great location for Port la Foret.

This is a Lovely property very close to Port la Foret Marina. Perfect if you are sailing from there. It is a short stroll to the beach with lovely walks close by. There is a hidden cleaning and linen cost that is not outlined until you are at the property. The property has all you need to cook and a few cooking staples in the cupboard .
