In a small residence of 6 apartments completely renovated, beautiful T2 Bis Lumineux of 30 m² located in Aytré for 2 to 4 people.

Close to all amenities (bakery, pharmacy, supermarket), 15 min walk to the beach, nearby cycle path, Bus stop 50 m.

the apartment is located 20 minutes from the Ile de Ré, 1 hour from the Ile d'Oleron and only 10 minutes from the old port of La Rochelle.

It consists:

- Modern kitchen equipped with a hood, oven, induction hob, fridge / freezer, Microwave, Coffee maker and toaster, Washing machine.

- Living room with BZ for 2 people and TNT HD TV.

- Bedroom with a 140 cm bed (pillows and blankets included).

- Bathroom with shower, towel dryer.

- Private parking in front of the residence.

Household linen is not provided. You can have a cot and a children's high chair on request (supplement of € 10 for the stay).

A deposit of 650 € will be requested upon arrival and not cashed.
If your arrival is on a weekday, the arrival is from 5 p.m. If it is on weekends, from 4 p.m.

If you wish a cleaning formula is available for an additional 40 €.

Cet hébergement est très agréable, propre, bien organisé, très bien agencé et proche de La Rochelle. La cours extérieure est très grande et ajoute au logement une vraie zone de vie extérieure privative.Le propriétaire est très réactif.Le seul point facheux est que la plage de Aytré est interdite à la baignade.A louer sans hésiter !
