Make yourself at home in this spacious gulf front condo retreat with spectacular views from your private balcony, seasonal free beach chairs and umbrella service provided by an independent beach chairs vendor (please note the service ends at 5pm sharp). With a newer Stearns/Foster king mattress in the bedroom and additional sleeping space in the living room with a sofa bed, and bunk beds in the hallway, this place is excellent for couples or families. Enjoy our new tile walk-in shower in primary bathroom, two Roku flat screen TV's, large fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, free WiFi, Starbucks on resort, heated ocean front pool with seasonally open Tiki Bar, 2 large kids friendly heated pools, hot tubs. Skybar open nightly, FREE game room and exercise room. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember. Walk to Funland, Gulf World, Alvin's Island, and to multiple restaurants like Runaway Island and Sharky's.

My husband and I love traveling, and prefer staying in privately owned places so we can feel like we have a home away from home. PCB is our happy place and we like to share it with our guests as well.
Why they chose this property
Our favorite vacations are always the beach destinations, from Hawaii to Europe, the Caribbean and even Tonga. While the beaches of Hawaii were our favorite for many years, once our toes hit the PCB sand, we both fell in love. There is something magical about PCB and we wanted to have a place to come back to and to share with family and friends, and our guests. Hope you love it here as much as we do!
