Ski/board at one of the 5 world class resorts from 5 to 25 minutes. Great restaurants and golf courses close by. 2 blocks from the free bus stop and 6 blocks to main street. Multiplex movie theater and outlet stores 7 minute drive to Silverthorn.

This 1200 SQ'townhome is fully updated with a large open living room with wood floors, stone gas fireplace and flat panel TV. The oversized kitchen is fully stocked with spices, coffee filters, and laundry supplies. The unit sleeps 4 to 5 persons. Wireless High Speed Internet. One of the nicest units in Lagoon Townhomes.

Frisco Gem

This 1 bedroom was perfect for couple. Spacious, wonderful amenities and a few fantastic plusses that I have never found in any other winter rental. Frisco is convenient to ski areas and there are all necessay stores close by for any needs.

Great place to hit many mountains

My son and I stayed at this great condo and were able to hit Keystone, Breck, and Vail. The condo is spacious, well kept, and was perfect for the two of us, but it would have worked well for four people as well. This is a hidden gem!

Christmas stay

A great spot for our family of three, near the slopes and downtown Frisco. Spacious with the amenities we needed to eat in and enjoy the fire in the evening.

Perfect Location

This property was the perfect location to all the ski resorts we traveled too. The property itself was laid out and set up for optimal use. We were very comfortable and thee kitchen is just what we needed to be able to cook in for the nights we wanted to. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice five week stay

Condo provided us what we were looking for. The unit was good sized, comfortable, clean, and nice amount of items ( furnishings, kitchen items, condiments, etc) made it easy to stay here, without having to buy normal use items. Thanks for the comfortable stay.

Can't beat this Summit County rental for a ski trip!

This was just about the best rental I've stayed in. Immaculately clean, spacious, and really well stocked kitchen. Everything you need is there for a cozy night in after skiing! The common area hot tub and pool were also fantastic. The host was so helpful and responsive after my mistake where I locked myself out.

Amazing place in Frisco

The place is much more spacious than the pictures- we had plenty room, kitchen was huge and well equipped and had everything we needed to stay in and cook. Variety of games, puzzles, supplies. The beds were comfy and place was extremely clean. The location was perfect to hit a variety of ski resorts. Didn't use the garage because my car topper wouldn't fit. Overall great experience and will def book again!

Nice Townhouse

We had a great stay in Frisco. The townhouse is nice. It is fully stocked with cooking needs - spices, oil, etc. The only negative is the upstairs neighbors are loud - kids running around until late at night & up fairly early. It might be due to lack of insulation between units or the hardwood floor, but it made sleeping a little difficult. Overall though, the townhouse is nice & comfortable. The lagoon is pretty neat with a lot of trout

Father / son ski trip

My son and I had a great time time staying here while visiting to ski at Copper Mountain. The location is great, anything you could need is within a mile or two. The living area is large and kitchen is well supplied for cooking. Communication with the owners was timely and thorough. The hot tub and heated pool are just a short walk away and the fitness center had more than I expected. It was great having a heated garage to park in. Getting into the garage was a little tight in a mid sized suv (Mazda CX-50), a large suv (Tahoe or Suburban) may not fit. There is outside parking available though it that is the case. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Close to everything, nice space

this place is perfect for frisco, 5 min drive or 15 min walk to wherever you want to go. the place is very spacious for two people. the amenities were nice too it was nice to go into the pool/hot tub one of the days. i will be back for sure next summer if ruth allows me too. thank you we had an amazing time :)

It is my home away from home and a great place for me to simply retreat and recharge.

Why they chose this property

Frisco and the Summit County area is just 75 miles from Denver. It has a charming downtown area and is in proximity to incredible skiing and year-round activities. Frisco is an excellent central location for exploring Colorado's high country. While it has a small town feel, the town's actual Main Street is filled with dining, shopping and nightlife options. Frisco allows you to choose which resort you would like to ski for the day, depending on weather conditions and activities planned at the resort. Frisco is not in the hustle and bustle of resort life, but offers a nice community. Shopping at the Silverthorne Outlet Mall is nearby. Safeway and Walmart are only three blocks away. If you want to rent ski equipment in Frisco, Pioneer Sports is less than three blocks away.
