Fun place to stay with the pool table & foosball. Table was a little worn but still did the job. Plenty of space for everyone & great BBQ grill. Had nice market that had everything you could want. Great star watching at night. Would stay again!

This was a decent place but I didn't realize there are 3 levels & my husband is handicap which was a little issue. The park is just amazing so we made it work!

I hope they clean up the blood splatter on the walls and pillows. The place is actually really cool. Great distance to Yosemite. They just need to find a better cleaning service

The drive to the park was about an hour, but a beautiful drive. It was a pet friendly property with plenty of grass to exercise for pet walks. Very enjoyable for our three-generation family of 6. We ate all our meals in the unit at night. Grill worked great.

Perfect for our needs

The cabin is adorable. Located close to two local small grocery stores. Enjoyed foosball, pool table and daughter enjoyed loft with bunk beds.

Wonderful but hot

Everything was wonderful! There was a heat wave when we stayed. All California was in the hundreds and unfortunately this cabin did not have AC. Inside the cabin it remained around 90 all day. Other than that it was a great location and had everything you could possibly need.

Enjoyed the cabin but it had ants. Did not find that out until they started floating in our breakfast cereal. Had to put everything in refrigerator to keep them out.

De accomodatie voldeed niet helemaal aan mijn verwachtingen (maar ik geef toe dat die misschien te hoog lagen). Het huisje is op z'n zachts gezegd out-dated: het schuifraam van de slaapkamer op het gelijkvloers kan niet (meer) op slot, de vliegenramen zijn gescheurd, er ontbreekt aan de buitenkant een houten paneel (waardoor isolatie zichtbaar is, op zich niks ergs, maar het maakt gewoon een zeer slordige indruk), de klink/het slot van de toegangsdeur is aan vervanging toe, de rooster van de dampkap ontbreekt, .... Er zijn 8 slaapplaatsen, maar de keukentafel heeft maar 5 stoelen (de overige 3 gasten kunnen dan wel op een kruk aan een soort bar-eiland zitten). Er is geen airco, wij verbleven er in juli 2026 terwijl het zeer warm was: de slaapkamers benenden blijven lekker koel, op het gelijkvloers is het duidelijk warmer, op de 1e verdieping was het eigenlijk te warm om comfortabel te slapen. De plafondventilatoren wel, maar eigenlijk onvoldoende. Ik heb tijdens ons verblijf en uitstappen in de buurt rondgekeken en heb wel de indruk dat er eigenlijk geen betere verblijven te vinden zijn... dus ik vrees dat het zowat eigen is aan deze regio. Er is ter plaatse een winkel, maar hou er rekening mee dat het hier enkel de basics aangeboden worden.We hadden bij het boeken problemen met onze creditcard: daarop heb ik gebeld met de mensen van Redwoods en zij waren wel super-behulpzaam omdat mee helpen op te lossen. Ook ons contact met hen bij check-in en check-out was zeer positief.

The location and surrounding area is beautiful. The staff at the check in counter is amazing and super friendly and helpful… the cabin itself was very outdated and had no A/C…other than that the overall experience was good… plenty of space and very peaceful area. Our whole family loved how close the swinging bridge trail and swinging bridge was close and the river… absolutely gorgeous water and the kids had so much fun swimming… a little over priced but still worth the experience.

Family reunion

We śpent 5 days in the Redwoods for a family reunion. Several of us spent our summers there as kids. It is a wonderful place for family. The cabin had lots of room. It was great being able to bring our dogs. We would definitely rent this cabin again!

We enjoyed our stay at 6B Meadow View - the place is clean and comfortable. The furnishings are worn out a little - and the place needs some TLC. But overall, a good experience. A couple things: front door handle jiggles a bit, doesn't feel sturdy. Couldn't figure out how to turn off the ceiling fan in the front room (vaulted ceiling). Couldn't find the TV remote, so there was no way to stream any shows / movies.

Perfect Get Away

We've stayed in the Redwoods in Wowano numerous times, and we are never disappointed. The cabin was exactly what we expected. There are much nicer cabin but this one was pet friendly. That makes it perfect for our family. The pet friendly cabins are tyically older, but this one was a perfect gathering space for the entire family if you have the right expectation. It is not the epitome of luxury, but it is a great place to stay.
