Comfortably equiped, with barbecue, patio set, internet, Tv, recliner chair. Nicely decorated with the marriage of Provence and Florida colours. Hot tub available.
Yard is fenced to welcome pets with a lot of exotic trees.
Our home is your home, gardening is done but need to clean yourself before leaving (or contact cleaning company (allow 5 hours). Sustainable property, self managed, we ask you to share our values of less impact in terms of energy (electricity, air conditionning...)

We had a great stay, and it was very convertible. Al the shops are in the neighborhood but you need to rent a car. It’s a quiet neighborhood and the have a great kitchen. We definitely recommend this place.

Host live in France and are impossible to get a hold of when u need them. We showed up and grass was 4ft tall and A/C didn’t work. After two whole days got the AC to turn on and someone came to clean up the yard. Fridge leaks and house smells. Get ready to literally have to go out and buy things just to make the house liveable. Afterwards was charged a service fee even tho my wife spent the whole last day cleaning the house probably better than it’s ever been cleaned. Very disappointed ruined our trip.

1 – You sent me a message through the website, and I have the proof I have answered the same minute !. It is very easy to communicate by Whattsapp anywhere in the world but you didn’t answer to my message, then we discussed though VRBO and it worked also fine. 2 – The AC was well working, my homewatch has helped you to set it up the day you arrived. For best service, I have asked my AC maintenance to do a check after you have left , I have the report on hand and everything is OK 3- I admit the gardener didn’t come on time. The lawn has been mowed the day you arrived. 4 – You don’t say I was sorry for the issues of your arrival and I that I immediatly reimburse you one day 5 – Smell of the house : be more specific, you were happy to find a house welcoming you and your puppy. I am one of very few owners to accept annimals. Tell me if it was animal smell, then I will stop to welcome animals. 6 – Fridge : a leak cannot be appreciated by my homewatch when the house is closed I assume, I need guests to inform me, then I’ll do repair accordingly... 7 – « buy things to make house liveable » ? be more specific 8 – Cleaning isn’t charged at booking. I let my homewatch appreciate if personnal cleaning bas been enough for next renters. It wasn’t the case. 9 - I had warned you my house wasn't a hotel, and you shouldn't take it for one week. It is an eco friendly, collaborative house (it is written in my VRBO project). Now I have pushed minium stay to 10 days.

Great comfortable home

We need a place to stay during hurricane Ian repairs and I was relieved to find this home because it accepted dogs. The house was clean and comfortable, the big fenced yard was a godsend with the dogs. I stayed here with my husband and 3 kids, plus two dogs and didn't really feel crowded or anything at all. The owners ask that you clean upon departure, or make arrangements with a cleaning service on your own. I appreciated this as some homes have a cleaning fee that is more than a night's stay.

This 3 bedroom 2 bath house in Lehigh Acres was perfect for us and Maggie the whippet. The master bedroom with King size bed is on 1 wing of the house and the queen and double was on the other wing with a hall bath. This house sits on a 1/4 acre of fenced yard and was made for a dog that needs lots of exercise. The lanai was our spot for cocktails every evening at sunset with lots of furniture for guest. The house sits at the end of the street which makes it perfect for walking around the neighborhood and all the neighbors were friendly. Of course there are lots of great Florida restaurants nearby and shopping malls - everything handy or a nearby local grocer with most needs. The weather was wonderful and we enjoyed the last four months very much. Thanks to the family that let us use thier home.

This home we are in till April 1st is in a quiet addition in Lehigh Acres, close to main roads, the Regional Southwest International Airport and downtown Ft Meyers. Our dog loves the fenced back yard and the walks through the neighborhood. The owners are always ready to help and open to suggestion. The house has a master suite with a king bed on one end and the other side has a queen and 2 double beds with hall bath for guests.

Excellent stay

The home is very warm and inviting. Is fully stocked with everything you would need for your stay. Fenced in yard is great for your four legged baby. On very quiet dead end street, but centrally located and easy to get to Fort Myers, Bonita Springs and all the beaches. Sophie is a gem to work with. She really does care about her guests.

The location of this house is a bit out of the way but cannot complain. It was well stocked and very comfortable. The location was central for the many places to go in the area and provided a quite escape from the crowds. Sophie was a pleasure to work with. Will stay again if we return to SWF.

Warm Christmas season in Florida

We, two seniors decided to spend a warm Christmas and New Year season escaping the cold of New Jersey in Florida this year. (2018) We were lucky to find Sophie's house on VRBO. It is a very nice house, well equipped, in a quiet neighborhood, near the airport and shopping. The weather was fantastic and we had a delightful vacation. This place was perfect for our needs! Sophie was great to work with and made sure everything was good. The fenced yard was wonderful for the dog! It was clean and at the end of a dead end street so very secluded! Neighbors are nice. We met there for a wedding that was in labelle and came from all over the country. This house afforded us the chance to get away from it all and relax. If you are looking to go to the beach, it's a little far but lots of fishing close by. I would definitely stay here again! Airport is close and convenient too.
