This extraordinary colonial style villa enchants the moment you enter the gate. The long, palm covered drive brings you to a large private courtyard and pool. Beyond the front door is a stunning house and one of the most dazzling bay views on island. Panoramic vistas flow from every room and terrace. The colors are magical. An expansive stretch of sapphire lagoon is framed by the villa’s gardens and the rich blue sky. Shuttle boat at the villa and also villa boat to rent for 12 persons with captain The contoured pool edges overlap the lawn adding crystal blue tones to the scene.

The house is open, airy and spacious; a perfect villa for an extended family, groups of friends, weddings or company retreats. It has everything you need to enjoy the day from dawn until dusk. The overall décor is sleek, elegant and contemporary but never boring. The large interior living/media room, perfect for conversation or entertainment, tastefully mixes natural elements and rich tones; light wood and teak, enhancing the view.

Although bay views and breezes abound, the great room is fully air-conditioned.
The interior dining room sits adjacent to the unique kitchen area. Divided into two rooms, half the space is devoted to a gorgeous chef’s kitchen with large flat screen TV. The other half is a fabulous gathering space with bar and seating. A cozy dining area sits in the courtyard just off the bar. Deep covered terraces and open sundecks surround the house and the pool. Comfortable lounges and dining spaces abound.

The six bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. 3 sit on each end of the villa. The décor creates a serene atmosphere blending designer touches and art; neutral tones of beige, brown, grey and white Each room has private seating, bay views and beautiful spa style bathrooms in travertine, stone and wood.

Although secluded, you are close to amenities. It’s a short drive to Mullet Bay Beach and five minutes to Maho shopping and nightlife and the airport. In 15 minutes you reach the charming French capital of Marigot with restaurants, shops and galleries, historic buildings and Creole Market. Drive 15 minutes to Grand Case and Philipsburg’s shopping haven.

Check in was easy. Axel, the property manager, is very helpful with all requests. We hired a private chef that Axel recommended for dinner and it was fabulous. There were 12 of us total and there is more than enough room to accommodate us all. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to St. Martin.

This was one of the nicest places we’ve stayed, and we had a great trip overall. The home was comfortable, well maintained, and had everything we needed. We used the pre-stocking service, which was reasonably priced and convenient to have when we arrived.The house is in a safe, quiet neighborhood with a lot of natural beauty on the property, including palm trees, flowers, coconuts, and even turtles. It felt private and relaxing. Inside, the space was clean, spacious, and well equipped, and all of the rooms were comfortable.Communication was smooth throughout the stay. Alan, the host, was responsive and helpful during planning, and Axel, the property manager, was friendly and quick to assist when needed. Villa Blue Lagoon was a really nice addition to my 48th birthday trip to Sint Maarten. The accommodations were sufficient for my group. The aircon was super cold in each space, the indoor and outdoor kitchens very aptly appointed, and any other amenity we needed was provided. We had a couple of plumbing issues but as soon as I contacted the property manager, Axel, he was very responsive and resolved any issues before we returned. The location is very close to the airport and the main hub of the Dutch side of the island. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

Great Stay!

This villa was absolutely perfect for our family! All 7 bedrooms had their own bathroom which was very nice. The property itself is beautifully decorated, spacious, private, and safe. We especially loved the outdoor dining / gathering space and spent most of our time there. We booked private chef Valentin per Alain’s recommendation and it was an incredible meal and experience. Our host was extremely communicative and transparent with every step of the way. We viewed other properties on other sites and didn't feel comfortable spending so much money. Our host was a consummate professional and ensured us that we could trust him with our trip. On February 15th a very large unknown man whom we were never told lived on the premises, appeared completely naked in the shared common area. This terrified half of our family. This represents a severe breach of privacy, personal safety, and feels outright illegal it is unacceptable. Such an incident should never happen in any vacation rental. It left us feeling deeply violated and unsafe.This property looked nothing like the pictures on VRBO, although in it's time I'm sure it was a beauty. Unfortunately it has not been maintained.*The first day one bedroom air conditioner stopped working, with water pouring out onto the dresser, the clothes were soaked along with a travel bag. We did contact the Manager Axel (he was excellent) he had someone out the next day for the repair.*The large naked man appeared, and one of the safes would not open, with our money and passports inside. This needed new batteries, 3.Construction noise started at 7:00 AM next door not a peaceful vacation. The other neighbor have birds that screamed at any sign of a threat. The iguanas were a threat the owner of the birds shot and killed a iguana leaving it dead on our dock.*We were never informed nor was it ever mentioned that you could not flush toilet paper, they had a garbage can next to each toilet you had to use to dispose of paper. This is a major sanitation concern.*Many steep steps with no hand rails, debris, rotting wood, mold, many roaches, fridge freezing food. much more to say.

Celebrating 50th Birthday

Villa Blue Lagoon stay was amazing! We enjoyed the beautiful landscaping and ocean view. We were a group of 10. We used the pool mostly at night and enjoyed waking up to the beautiful sunrise. Alain’s was an amazing host and very prompt to accommodate any concerns. This villa is also close to everything and we felt very safe here! It’s in a gated community and you had to go through security to get in and out.

Our host, Alain, was extremely quick to respond to all questions or inquiries. I loved that it was in a gated neighborhood and gated house. We felt very safe there. Plenty of room for all. Our teenagers loved having their own separate bedrooms. The layout was perfect for us. The outdoor space is amazing and fun vibe with all the lighting. We had a group of 13 to celebrate 30th and 60th birthdays. Blue Lagoon was the perfect property for our large group. The layout was like having our own resort! Our host, Alain was super accommodating and helped to make this an amazing experience. Added bonus…turtles roaming the property!!!! Property was absolutely beautiful. Could use a bit of updating, but overall absolutely beautiful. Bring bug spray because with beautiful waterfront property comes vicious mosquitoes ready to eat you alive. Alain was readily available with quick responses. Noel and his wife were an amazing addition, helpful from start to end.we would love to stay again. The property is a little distance from town so you will need a driver and food for the house and the delivery options are limited.

Our seven-day stay at this vacation property was nothing short of fantastic! With a group of 11 people, we found the accommodations to be absolutely perfect for our needs. The spacious layout and comfortable amenities ensured that everyone had plenty of room to relax and enjoy themselves. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality provided by the host. Alain was incredibly responsive and attentive to all of our requests and needs throughout our stay. From arranging for an extra propane tank for the grill to providing recommendations for local attractions, he went above and beyond to ensure our vacation was memorable. But what what took the cake was the cleaning services offered midweek. It was great to return from a day at the beach to fresh sheets, made beds, and a clean house. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway experience. We have already booked with Alain for next year!

First let me say this property has so much potential. It’s good-but not quite ready to rent.Here’s the good:Host is friendlyManager tries really hardLots of room-good for a large group! As long as your group doesn’t have mobility issues!!!Here’s what needs work:Zero handrails on steps, including pool.3 bedrooms do not have main house access without walking around to the living room or kitchen.Upon arrival, new house manager was friendly and showed us around. First impression-this house is definitely smoked in! It’s in the fabric and walls-we were told the last guest broke the rules but unless their last guess stayed months, there’s no way. Smell did not disappears no matter how much I mopped with pinesol, sprayed Lysol and lit candles in every room.One bedroom had a bed soaked from AC system but the did replace promptly while at dinner. Much appreciated!There are exactly 2 towels per bathroom-laundry is outside. Super small and will take 3 cycles to get dry-FYI.We had a group of 9. Four elderly. One elderly lady fell going up the steps with nothing to grab onto. A second could get out of the pool-thank goodness for the pizza delivery guy! He earned a huge tip that night!Do not leave ANY food on counter. It will be covered by ants. Use bug spray at the house! You will get eat up with mosquitoes.Dock is pretty. The best place to stay on the island!

We loved everything about our trip. The house was amazing and lived up to everything we hoped it would. The outdoor living space is incredible, you will feel like you are in your own private resort, including an adorable family of tortoise. We never used the indoor kitchen once, all of our meals were prepared at the outside kitchen. My recommendations for your stay: DEFINITELY rent the boat from Alan, it is AMAZING. This was our favorite day of our 8 day trip. We toured around Saint Maarten and then had lunch at Karabuni on Pinel Island - do not miss out on this and be sure to order the whole Snapper it was to-die for (: Airport beach: is a must but definitely check to see how many cruise ships are in town and if there are more than 3 go on another day. We had lunch and rented chairs at Sunset Bar Dinner: Palapa - great atmosphere and lounge to have drinks either before or after. Jaxx Steakhouse - is a great place if you want to head to the Casino after. Sushi - at Alina above the Casino! Mimosa - is a great rooftop bar above the Casino for happy hour and DJ on the weekends. (All of these options are very close to the house) There is a great Pizza place near Cucaoy called Mamas I believe. It was really good. We rented a van from SIXT rental and they were great to work with. Honestly I cannot say enough positive things about this house or this trip, it was amazing and my favorite trip so far of our many years traveling. Thank you Alan for a great trip!

Great place to relax with friends and family

This property is in a good location. We had a rental van for the week so it made traveling around pretty easy. It's in a gated community so you'll feel safe. It's down the street from a pretty populated area as well, right next to a few resorts, and two really nice beaches including maho beach and I believe it was mullet beach. The property is a vibe for sure! Nice rooms and the pool area is really nice. The only issue we had with the property is the kitchen appliances. The chef's we hired had a problem with the stoves and dish washers. It made it difficult to serve us and clean the dishes. Other than that, I would still stay again at this property. The views of the bay are excellent and at night the place is amazing!

The entire experience dealing with Alain and staying with his house was flawless. SXM had curfews and we were lucky to have a spot like this to come back to. The outdoor area is unbeatable. Lit up pool, long dinner table for group dinner/food, plenty of lounging chairs. Alain was responsive and courteous and worked with us. He also set us up with an amazing for-hire Chef that cooked us two ridiculous meals. Overall A+ stay.
