For rent a very nice family house on the ground floor located on the hill of beni khiar and enjoying superb views over the fields of olive trees to the sea.
- the house is composed of three bedrooms, fitted kitchen, dining room, living room, fireplace corner, haul and shower room all in an arabic style with vaults and equipped with central heating and air conditioning .
- the house is equipped with an infinity pool 12 meters long and 6 meters wide.
Prices (per week):
- high season (from 15/06 to 31/08): 1750 euro per week.
- medium season (from 01/09 / to 31/10)
(from 15/03 to 14/06): 1000 euros per week.
- magnificent private garden, private swimming pool, superb landscape, calm and quiet place, terasses, lighted entrance, secure wrought iron doors .
