This is the lower unit of a two unit beach home. 2017 heated In-Ground Pool with leni shared with Salty Dog Straight Up (fees do apply for pool heat). A beautiful open floor plan with updated kitchen, bar, dining room. Beautiful views from expansive windows of the Gulf from the open concept living space. The interior space flows out to a 10x30 screen porch. You can open the windows for a sea breeze and to hear the surf. There is a futon (in cabinet under TV) for extra sleeping in the great room. The master bedroom is tucked around the corner. Complete with a washer/dryer. This property can be rented with VRBO

My husband and I stayed for a week at Matt’s place and we had the BEST experience! The beach was such an easy walk and we spent many hours on the screened in porch listening to (and getting a little glimpse of) the water. There were very few people on the beach and it felt like we had it to ourselves. We would love to bring the family back and rent the entire house next time. Matt was the perfect host, even loaning us a couple of beach towels and a small cooler to use. He definitely went above and beyond as a host! Our two favorite places to eat were Quattro Locos and Indian Pass Raw Bar.

This was a last-minute booking and I cannot describe how wonderful the experience was. Everything was perfect. From the house being clean, comfortable and well equipped to the pool being warm and inviting. Extremely dog friendly and she also enjoyed herself immensely! I hope to be back MANY more times. Perfect Get away for a couple

We were delighted with the location, the decor and functionality of Salty Dog on the Rocks! We also enjoyed the pool, the grill and the front porch immensely. Best of all, Matt - the owner - was readily available to answer any questions. We will definitely come back and bring the rest of the family to rent the whole house!

quiet easy relaxing

we do not have pets but this space is great if you do. we will definitely stay again when visiting India Pass. Very Clean and comfortable and open space. no true closet for clothes, but easy space for luggage to be accessible.

Peaceful

The stay was 6 nights and we all wanted to stay longer. The unit we stayed in was clean and spacious for all 6 of us. The pool is perfect and tucked in nicely with privacy when you don’t want to be at the beach. The absolute best parts is sitting on the screened in porch at night listening to the waves and chatting with the family. I would recommend to anyone with a family that wants to unwind from the daily hustle and bustle.

My stay at Salty Dog and Salty Dog Straight Up

We enjoyed each day in the pool and on the beach. My sister had a place on Mexico Beach, but she came to my location daily because it wasn't too crowded. We had an excellent time. The kids enjoyed the kayaks and crabbing. Dinner at Indian Pass Raw Bar was so good. We will be back next year.

Salty Dog on the rocks.

Matt and Debbie are the best! Our stay was a priority to them start to finish and one of them was always available if we needed anything. Neighborhood is VERY pet friendly. Much needed peaceful week, with the wife, son, and our two dogs, we’ll definitely be back.
