It consists of: an entrance with a cupboard, a living room with a sofa (TV + wifi), an equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric hobs, microwave, mini oven...), a shower room with a washbasin and washing machine, a separate toilet, a bedroom with a 160cm bed + a cabin for children only with bunk beds.Pleasant 10m² terrace with garden furniture + two sun loungers. Private and secure parking on the ground floor of the residence. Ideal for a couple with young children wishing to have a beach holiday! Very close to shops, the pedestrian walkway and the market square, only 50m from the central beach access.* FOR SHORT STAYS, END-OF-STAY CLEANING IS MANDATORY AND TO BE PAID ON SITE FOR 50 EUROS.

Le confort et les prestations, la vue, l'emplacement central face plage, le parking couvert sécurisé
