The Space:

This cottage is just a few years old—brand new flooring in all bedrooms! The decor is peaceful and relaxing so you will feel like you are on vacation as soon as you arrive. The unit has everything you need to feel safe and right at home including SmartThings security system, 4 smart TVs, Nest thermostat, a fully equipped kitchen, Ring video doorbell, Ring spotlight security cam for backyard, and more.



We have 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 1 queen sofa bed, 2 twin beds (one bunk set), 1 trundle bed located in the unit so it can easily sleep 11 people. It also has lots of storage space so you and your group can unpack easily.



It is a very convenient location so you wouldn’t even need to rent a car if you like to walk. The airport is less than 1 mile away.

You will be sent a 4 digit code for the digital lock.



The Neighborhood:

We are 680 ft. from beach, 290 ft. from the pool, 2.1 miles from Myrtle Beach International Airport, 4.8 miles from Broadway at the Beach, and just minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Also, there is a ropes course right next to us! There are some brand new cottages in the area, but there are also some older rundown motels nearby and some construction/remodeling happening at some of them. You can also expect some Myrtle Beach foot traffic in the area as the cottage is centrally located between the beach and a Wal-Mart, which is just a block away. Our family stays here several times a year with our small children and have never felt unsafe, but we do want to be transparent that you may see some homeless people in the area as well--which is not uncommon for popular vacation cities especially with beach areas.



Getting Around:

We have 2 dedicated parking spots. If you are flying in I recommend renting a car, or leveraging rideshare services in the area.



Other Things to Note:

2 parking spaces are allocated to this home.



We stock the first round of supplies like toilet paper and dishwasher detergent, but if you’re staying a while you’ll want to pick some resupplies up at the store.



We use AirBnB’s “strict” cancellation policy and recommend purchasing separate traveler’s insurance to prevent cancellation costs. Please refer to AirBnB's website for details on cancellation policies and extenuating circumstances. Predictable natural disasters such as hurricanes are not covered under extenuating circumstances.
