Feel at home on your next trip to Hilton Head with this lovely vacation rental in the Shipyard community. The condo has a private patio area that overlooks the landscape and access to a shared pool. Throughout the area that surrounds the resort, there are many convenient paths to walk or bike to nearby activities.

The beach is about a mile from the condo, and you can try fishing near the lagoons. On the resort property, there is a swimming pool with a zig-zag design and a patio where many lounge chairs are available. The tennis courts on the grounds are divided by fences and surrounded by beautiful landscaping.

In the main living room, there is a TV and plush furniture options, plus free WiFi is included. The well-equipped kitchen area is designed with long counters and stainless-steel appliances, so you'll have no trouble whipping up delicious meals. Vaulted ceilings and another TV can be found in the primary bedroom. A unique grab handle is mounted in the main bathroom to prevent stability problems.

Beautiful, spacious, clean, quiet. Not for people with mobility issues. Steep stairs to reach the main floor and high steps to get into showers, otherwise perfect!

Nice home!

We enjoyed our stay at 129 Evian. We loved the big porch in the mornings, and the home was very spacious. We had more than enough room in the 2 bedrooms for our family of 5. Lots of closet space allowed us to put our luggage out of sight and relax. Appreciate the extra linens and comforters for extra beds to be made up and the well stocked kitchen. The home was clean, but there are some upcoming maintenance issues such as touching up paint on cabinets for this price range. If you are a guest who has some mobility concerns, I’d stay elsewhere. The showers both had huge steps to get in/out, including an extra platform/step in the master. The couches are also pretty done as far as support and would be difficult to get up from (speaking from experience with our own parents). We were okay, but wanted to offer that feedback for others. Overall we’d stay here again.
