Enjoy life in sunny Florida this nice, spacious house, beautifully furnished beach house located in a residential area of ​​Atlantic Beach, surrounded by lush vegetation and pristine beaches. There are 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds, a cozy living room and well furnished with a stereo system, TV and music. the kitchen is equipped with a high-end hardware, conventional oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher, washer and dryer. The dishes are plentiful, no need to bring anything other than yourself! The house is located on a "cul de sac", and has a very private garden with two decks with barbecue. It is located just 1.5 miles from the Atlantic Ocean with wonderful restaurants and fun and stylish shops. The inhabitants find their favorite restaurants, including Carabbas, Bonefish Grill, Outback, Kings, Sliders, Al pizza, Culhane's Irish Pub (recently featured on the show Diners, Dives and Drive Ins) and many more. For those who love sports, many golf courses nearby, surfing equipment and Fitness .. Enjoy!
