About this property

Stay in the heart of Jax near everything - beaches, shops and restaurants!

The Beachcomber II condo is centrally located at the heart of Jax Beach and comes with a private gated pool. It is near many restaurants and shops, some are within walking distance. The condo is on the third floor and there is no elevator. There are hardwood floors, stainless appliances, granite countertops, and a washer/dryer. The breakfast table and island provide ample seating. The condo has two bedrooms equipped with queen-sized beds and two baths, one with a soaker tub and the other with a full bath. The tub does not have working jets and is not a Jacuzzi. Our home has high-speed internet, perfect for streaming, teleworking, and distance learning. There are new smart TVs in the living room (with a soundbar) and main bedroom. The living room has a new sofa, armchair, and ottoman. A side balcony is available with an ocean view, and chairs are provided to enjoy the scenery. There is a lovely oceanfront park right next to the building. Furthermore, the beach, pool, and various local restaurants are just a short walk away.

Jacksonville Beach has many attractions, such as museums, a golf club, and a fishing pier. The Jacksonville Zoo is fun for all ages and has a wide variety of exhibits and beautiful gardens to walk through. Additionally, there are weekly events, including several music festivals. Stay in the heart of Jax Beach and experience it all!

Please keep in mind the following information:
- We only allow guests who are 27 years old or older. Mixed family groups are permitted.
- Guests are required to sign a rental agreement with Coastal Wave Properties and list the names and ages of the other guests in the group.
- We recommend purchasing travel insurance to ensure you're protected during your stay, especially during hurricane season.
- We use a booking system called OwnerRez, and all communication regarding your booking will be sent through this system. Important information, such as the lease agreement and guest instructions, will be communicated via email. Please provide an email address that you can access and check regularly. Additionally, we will use text messaging to send you the door code and for any other necessary communication. Please make sure to provide a mobile phone number that you will have with you during your stay.
- If you're planning on bringing a small or medium-sized dog, please note that there is a non-refundable pet fee, and you'll need to sign a pet addendum.
- Damage protection is included with this rental, but guests are responsible for damages that exceed the policy.
- A $200 credit card hold is required as a security deposit. This amount will be held in case of any damages; otherwise, there will be no charges to your credit card. You will be notified if there are any deductions. The hold will be released 5 days after your departure.

There were a few things that were very surprising and uncomfortable for us. First was the fact it was the last email that was sent to let me the final payment had been taken, that I noticed we didn’t have an elevator and we were on the 3rd floor. I’m not good with stairs at all, so I really didn’t come and go as much as I was aware I would have to go up the stairs to get back to our room. 2nd was there was no door on the bathroom in the main bedroom. This made for very uncomfortable for all of us! In conclusion we did enjoy our stay, the pool was clean and beautiful and the location of the condo was perfect for us. Thank you so much for the,opportunity to stay on your property.

I recently stayed at the Beachcomber, and it was absolutely fantastic! The property itself is clean,with dishwasher, washer and dryer including starter supplies for stay (garbage bags, dishwasher tabs, washer tabs)It’s the perfect spot for anyone looking to unwind in a peaceful and scenic environment. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals with fresh local ingredients. There’s also a private path that leads directly to the beach, which was perfect for early morning walks or evening strolls.The hosts were incredibly attentive, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed, but also respecting our privacy.

The location of this property was great, parking under the building was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils and cook ware.The management company was very responsive when contacted.This property was very tired. The windows had mold growing on the frames. There was not enough hot warm to take a hot bath. The carpet in the bedrooms need to be replaced. The towels were very old.It was disappointing for us.;(

Birthday in Jacksonville with my girls

This is a very clean, well maintained unit. Parking is excellent. The walk upstairs is good exercise. The kitchen has good supplies for cooking. Nice warm blankets. The couch was a bit worn but the beds were SUPER COMFORTABLE!! The beach access is literally 2 minutes walking, AMAZING!! We had trouble with the locks, but the owners were amazing in helping us to solve the problem. I will stay again if available!!

Viking football trip

We had a very nice time, it was easy to find and it was wonderful being that close to the ocean. It was just perfect for our trip. On our last morning though, workmen started construction/ repair work on our unit at about 8 am.

Perfect for walks on the beach

We've stayed at several places on Jax Beach and this is one of our favorites. It has easy beach access. There are also some nice shops and good restaurants within easy walking distance just a few blocks away.

All was great. Good location to beach and amenities. The only thing I would advertise is that one of the baths, though full only has a tub is guests are aware only one shower. If it was in listing, I missed it. Wasn't a big deal. Otherwise all was perfect.

Golf Trip

Close to TPC Sawgrass and right on the beach. Plenty of room, clean and comfortable. It is dated but just fine for our trip. The negatives - 3rd floor no elevator. I missed that fact when seaching for a place to stay. It's not deal breaker except we are all over 60. It really wore us out. So if that is a deal breaker for you, you've been warned.
