On the second floor with lift, newly furnished, equipped with all comforts (air conditioning, washing machine, oven, fridge, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, drying rack, dishes, all brand new); composed of kitchen, living room with TV, two bedrooms, spacious wardrobes, small bathroom with shower and large terrace with awnings where you can also have lunch. At 250m from some shopping centers, and a few minutes from the tourist center of Alghero (about 1Km) and from the beaches (about 1.5 km) of Maria Pia and Lido San Giovanni.

Appartement confortable situé dans un petit immeuble calme en périphérie d'Alghero.

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans cet appartement idéal pour des vacances dans le N O de l'île, proche des commerces et des plages d'Alghero, bien équipé pour notre confort, calme, ensoleillé. Une adresse à retenir! Et une propriétaire très sympathique!

appartement tout a fait conforme aux photos très calme avec une belle vue sur le balcon terrasse, très appréciable avec belle exposition au soleil, situé a 8 minutes du centre ville en voiture de la très belle ville d'Alghero. Seule ombre au tableau manque un micro onde et clim parfois défectueuse. Très bon séjour malgré tout.

Grazie signor Yves e famiglia , mi fa piacere che abbiate trascorso una bella vacanza ad Alghero; mi spiace per la mancanza del forno a microonde ma non è previsto nella dotazione della cucina che invece è dotata di piano cottura e forno per la preparazione di tutti gli alimenti. Vi ringrazio ancora per la vostra gentilezza siete stati degli ospiti perfetti.

Bel appartement en périphérie proche d'Alghero

Appartement fonctionnel et très propre dans un immeuble récent avec balcon agréable donnant sur la compagne. Situé en dehors d'Alghero et de son agitation, mais à 5 min en voiture, c'est un lieu idéal pour qui désire visiter le nord ouest et la côte ouest de la Sardaigne.

Bequeme Wohnung mit Terrasse gegen Grünzone. Am Stadtrand,GPS von Vorteil,ruhig gelegen.Empfehlend👍

Alghero ist sehr interessant, lebendig und vielfältig, tagsüber und abends unterhaltsam. Wir haben sehr gut gegessen. Angebote von Tagesprogrammen, Konzert, Läden mit Niveau waren vorhanden. Schöne Bademöglichkeiten am Strand und beim Pinienwald wunderbare Ausflüge in angemessener Zeit möglich.

Accogliente

Appartamento di nuova costruzione, molto pulito e dotato di ogni comfort. All'inizio di Alghero, supermercati nelle vicinanze. Zona tranquilla , senza problemi per il parcheggio. La signora Antonella molto disponibile e" una perfetta padrona di casa. Luogo ideale per visitare le numerose belle spiagge della zona.

Antonella ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommen,die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen,schöner Ausblick vom großen Balkon,super Ausstattung! Ein Supermarkt ist direkt in der Nähe und auch in die Altstadt läuft man nur ca 15 min.Die Gegend ist wunderschön!!!

Ottima soluzione per una vacanza ad Alghero

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per 2 settimane a luglio 2016 io e mia moglie e ci siamo trovati veramente a nostro agio. L'appartamento è nuovo, arredato con gusto, in una posizione molto tranquilla ( ideale per chi vuole riposare senza sentire rumori di auto, bar, locali vari ) e dotato di tutto quello che serve. Di fronte all'appartamento si gode il panorama di una bella piantagione di ulivi. Dista poco piu' di 1km dal centro storico : si possono utilizzare ampi parcheggi a metà strada per diminuire il tratto da fare a piedi. Comodissimo fare la spesa : nel raggio di 500 mt dall'appartamento ci sono Eurospin-Lidl-Ld e Ipermercato Nonna Isa. La zona come spiagge è bellissima: Maria Pia-Bombarde-Lazzaretto-Mugoni-Porticciolo-Porto Ferro .... Il tutto completato dalla gentilezza e cortesia della Sig.ra Antonella, che ci ha accolto benissimo e ci ha permesso di usare anche biancheria e teli mare. Ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Lo consigliamo vivamente a chi vuole godersi una bella vacanza ad Alghero. Maurizio e Loredana.

Perfetto, tranquillo .

Perfetto, tranquillo e logisticamente comodo. Ho soggiornato con 3 amici dal 22 al 29 agosto, trilocale . Spazi interni ampi (si sta tranquillamente in 4 persone), bella terrazza esterna dove si può tranquillamente mangiare al fresco. Appartamento dotato di ogni comfort, Situato in zona molto tranquilla l'appartamento corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione e alle foto visibili sul sito, si trova a meno di 5 minuti in macchina dalla spiaggia Maria Pia, altrettanto vicino al centro di Alghero, comodissimo per raggiungere le altre rinomate spiagge nei dintorni (in 10/15 minuti si raggiungono le Bombarde, Lazzaretto ,Mugoni ecc.) Appartamento consigliato a tutti, per la pulizia e l'ordine, oltre che per la massima disponibilità e la gentilezza della proprietaria sin dai primi contatti fino a fine soggiorno. 04/09/2015 Andrea
