Great Place!!

My husband and I were impressed with resort and condo.. Everything clean and well maintained. We especially appreciated two pools, one was the "quiet" pool, which was our favorite. Resort close to Naples, Marco Island, Fort Meyers, Sanibel and Captivated. Great restaurants all around.

Condo was clean and well stocked. Great view from our balcony looking over the pool area. Check in was easy. Pat and Sue were very nice and helpful. It’s a great place to stay with other families in the complex. Lots of great restaurants around. It was an easy drive to the beach.

My familia and I just got back home from staying at Pat’s place. While in Florida we celebrated Father’s Day, our son’s 17th birthday and our 18th wedding anniversary. While vacationing in the middle of a pandemic is still stressful, the view and hospitality made it that much more bearable. The sound of the waterfall at the pool and the views of the sun shining over the palm trees were therapeutic for us. We enjoyed many days of laying low and got out to enjoy some of the beaches while socially distancing. Thank you Pat for your hospitality. Blessings, The Wojo’s!

An elegant, fully equipped condo

We - a family of four - had a very nice stay at this condo in Bonita Shores. It had all we needed, from elegant living and sleeping rooms, over high class entertainment equipment (very much appreciated by our daughters, both 20+ years), to a classy kitchen. If we could, we would have stolen the fridge ... By the way: the pools at Bonita Shores helped with cooling on the hot days. The communication with Pat and Sue was quick and easy. We found the location perfect for our various trips in the area. We can recommend this object 100% !

Great place, but treated unfairly due to a mishap

In summary, we were caught off-guard by an additional cleaning fee taken out of our security deposit. But we want to be fair on our review. The property we initially chose was not available anymore, but the property manager did everything to find us another comparable unit. My wife and I stayed with our newborn daughter for a total of 3 weeks. The condo unit was very charming and nice, really convenient with everything you need to spend time with your family. The property also has two pools and a clubhouse, and everything was great, clean and accessible. This place is just 5 minutes away from Bonita Beach, which is beautiful (if you can find a place to park). So all in all we would give 4.5 stars for this property, however we were charged extra for cleaning, which was for flushing a toilet, pick towels out of the ground and clean a kitchen. Yes, we left an unflushed toilet, we really sorry for that, but we were dealing with a newborn screaming as we left. Our fault, after all. Yet, we were charged a total cleaning fee because of this mishap that was double the initial fee for the entire unit (of 3 bedrooms, 2 baths!). We really were caught off-guard and did not expect that from the same manager that treated us so well all the way the checkout. We are torn to give it 3 stars since everything else was so good. Update: the manager did reconsider her stance and reduced the additional fee a few days later.

Excellent experience. Pat is great to work with, easy check-in, attentive during stay, easy check-out. The condo is great, very comfortable, clean and well stocked. The property amenities are great. - two pools, work-out room, poolside food and drinks avaliable in season. So many beaches to choose from! Also great dining options in the area.

The experience could not have been any better. The condo was clean and just as beautiful as pictured! The location was perfect and being out a t the pool, you felt like you were at a high dollar resort! Having beach towels and chairs for everyone was a necessity and they were available in the owner storage for us to use! We would definitely rent this unit again!

Fun in the Sun

Our family enjoyed a nice stay at Bonita Village. Communication with property management (Pat & Sue) was excellent. There was just 1 issue (with the hot water heater needing to be reset) during our stay, and it was resolved promptly by Pat / service personnel. The condo was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The pools were very nice, and the shuttle driver (Matt) was great to interact with on our short trips to/from Bonita Beach.

Great location, great stay

This was our first time staying here and we very much enjoyed our time. Pat was great to work with - from leading up to our stay, checking in and and checking out - and she provided recommendations for the area. The unit and property were perfect for our family with three kids, with lots to do hanging out around the condo with the pool. As we also spent a lot of time exploring the area from Sanibel and Fort Myers down to Naples and Marco, the location worked out very well for us as well. Thanks!

GREAT Stay

Felt like we were in Paradise! We literally had the place to ourselves! Due to Covid and off-season I’m sure that’s part of the reason. It was nice to be about 15 minutes from downtown Naples and 15 minutes from Fort Myers. Close to many beaches. We visited Naples Beach, state beach, and Bonita beach right down the road. They are all lovely. Boat rental was easy at salty Sam’s in Fort Myers. And if you like jewelry, Beat of Everything is located right around the corner by KFC and one on fifth Street in Naples. Don’t worry husbands, there are benches out front! LOL. Definitely recommend Royal scoop for your ice cream cravings! We ate at the Bice restaurant and fifth Street in Naples for dinner twice. If you go before 530 everything is half off including many adult beverages. I would Highly recommend the chicken piccata, it’s delicious! Patricia and Sue are great by keeping us informed via email and phone conversation about our stay. Will definitely come back And have highly recommended it to our friends and family. This unit can sleep up to six people with the pull out couch available.

Paradise

We’re on our way home and this vacation was wonderful! The condo is exactly as shown in the pictures, and the pool is beautiful. Check In and out was incredibly east, and they had all the comforts of home. I felt very safe during these crazy times especially with my young kids. Pat and Sue are extremely sweet and easy to work with. I would suggest going to Barefoot Beach. It was quiet and relaxing. Bonita beach was swamped with shells so wear water shoes. My one and only negative is that there never was anyone working the Groggy Frog bar by the pool. We were there every afternoon and as it looked opened no one was there. It could be because of COVID. I can say we found our yearly vacation condo. We are excited to book again for next summer Thank you for a wonderful vacation filled with great family memories ❤️

Great Family Condo in Bonita

I stayed for one week over New Year’s with my husband and seven year old twins. The condo was clean, comfortable and equipped to make our stay enjoyable. Make sure to inquire about the storage locker full of beach gear at check-in! The family pool was lovely and the kids had a blast swimming and making friends with the other families here for the holiday. Great location for everything, near Barefoot Beach, loads of restaurants, mini Golf, ice cream shops, groceries/pharmacies literally all you could need within minutes! Pat & Sue were easy to reach via text/phone call and made sure we had a pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend staying here to friends and family and hope to visit again some day.

Our friends who have been in the real estate business in Bonita Springs for 26 years were right when they said we would like the convenience, safety and fun this area offers. We chose this residence because it is in an excellent community close to the beach with a private pool area.
