Back door was broken and felt unsafe. Times the wind blew the door open we had to barricade it with a couch. No heat in the house. No cable upstairs bedrooms.. unsanitary and there was hair in the bedding .. never was refunded or given another place to stay after speaking with the owner on the phone. Have all the photos and texts ..
Great location, clean and easy access. South of N. Conway center so traffic not bad. Close to shopping and pubs/restauants

Location is great. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms with four beds total for kids.

Large open concept with plenty room to move around. Love the 3 full bathrooms. Plenty of beds for everyone.

Great stay
Found the condo very easily. The unit was very clean and tidy. The condo is centrally located to shopping, restaurants and skiing. I would say here again.
Great location for all that the Conway area has to offer. Plenty of space and beds for our group of 4 adults and 6 kids. Interior could def benefit from some new paint and bedding. Would consider returning in the future.

Very dusty, poor linens, bedding in terrible condition, almost no drinking glasses, we wen out and had do buy glasses and wine glasses and there was exactly 1 wine glass (6 adults) and 1 plastic wine glass. We bought 4 drinking glasses and there were almost none and brought our own childrens cups, plates, silverware, etc.Cookware is a disgrace, needs to be replaced, very little silverware and what is there should be tossed. Furnititure looks like dorm room cast offs. Bathrooms were clean.Downstairs is musty and smells moldy. All guests amped up their alegy medicine during this stay. Porches are almost unusable and grill looks like it hasn't been used in years. Location is great.

Plenty of room for two families, we had 4 adults, 5 children. Multiple places for kids and adults to hang out and the girls loved sleeping in the loft area. Great location to all stores and restaurants and ski mountains. We skied Bretton Woods and Cranmore and actually ate in all nights we were there. Only “complaint” was the furniture in the main living area was old and ripped. If they replaced the furniture, it would be perfect!

Great home a/c didnt work properly
I would love to rent this unit again as long as the ductless a/c is working the loft and 2 floor were very hot and uncomfortable for sleeping

The townhouse had no AC. The temperature inside was approaching 90 degrees and the management company VACASAY was less than helpful.
Plenty of room, but not a clean property. Dirty, broken doors, mold on shower liner, food on carpet, green algae on outside rug and deck. Pool was locked - nobody around to give access code.
Makes you wonder what they do with the cleaning fees??

Don’t waste your $$
The only nice thing about this rental was the location. The whole house needs to be updated! The furniture in the kitchen sitting area was mis-matched and mostly broken. The main living room couches and chairs are just gross, they need to be cleaned or tossed out! The beds were not comfortable at all. The be pots and pans in the kitchen were not great either. They were either stained or had the nonstick worn off. The paint was peeling from the ceiling and there were cracks along the walls as well. This place needs a GIANT update!!-stick worn off!

The only thing I loved was the location.
Way overpriced for an old, outdated unit!
Drip coffee pot needs to be replaced with a keurig (very old and dirty)
Bulbs missing in lamps
Moldy shower curtains
Old, stained carpet
Old mattresses and pillows (pillows can be folded 3 times)
Ceiling fans were gross and totally grimy
Room fans were just as bad
All white curtains were heavily stained
Toilet seats did not stay on bowl
If you love Christmas, there were some still around!
I could go on and on but think you get the drift.

The whole house needs a revamp. Disgusting old and very dirty furniture throughout the house. Hair and bugs found in basement bedding and a lot of mold on deck and entry ways…absolutely gross! AC did not work. Called Vacasa several times and said they’d send a repair technician…they never did…stayed 85 degrees in the house for 3 days…terrible service. Windows and casings need a good cleaning! Kitchen amenities are scarce and what is there is not useable. Will never rent from this property management again! Not worth what we paid…place is GROSS!

Good location but this home needs a lot of TLC
This townhouse is in a great location and could be a wonderful place but it needs a lot of TLC to be a nice place.
We stayed here while attending the Mt Washington Ice fest and we were surprised to find that we could not the the house to heat up. We struggled to get the house above 63F the first night. The windows and French doors let in so much air that the heaters couldn’t keep up.
The general condition of the property left a lot to be desired. Plaster was missing from the ceiling and the carpet is stained all over the place. The living room furniture is falling apart and some of the mattresses were old and uncomfortable.
The cleaning crew had done a good job but the house needs to be maintained and have some things updated.

Overpriced needs a lot of work.
We'll I'd like to start on a positive note. The condo is near a lot of things.
On a negative note. We walked in to a place that was 80 degrees. We put on every fan we could find. Probably around 10 pm. It was down to 74 degrees. We called the number for help. Never heard anything that night. There are a lot of beds all very uncomfortable except the two kinds. We had to share beds. The main floor bed The sheets smelled like mildew. We washed still smelled awful. We had to go buy sheets. There or any extras to be found. The basement has 2 bedroom you couldn't use it smelled like mildew or mold.
The living room had really old furniture you would sink in the middle when you sat down. We found 3 glasses to drink out of in the kitchen , wait there was enough coffee mugs for about 20 people. The back door is broke, so you couldn't lock. Definitely didn't feel safe. In the end really hope the update the condo. We felt it was way overpriced. I've stayed at a lot of rentals this one by far did match the pictures. Oh and if you want to go swimming the pool is disgusting and there are no chairs and the ground is gross.

This property is seriously dated and the pictures in the ad do not even look close to the way the condo looks now. The location was amazing, the amount of space was amazing. When we arrived it was 80 degrees inside - the AC was turned off prior to our arrival. We turned it on and after several hours running we were only able to get it to 79 degrees. After calling the property manager several times they finally delivered a portable AC the next afternoon - however ALL the windows are crank out so it took my husband some configuring to get it in place. They did not set it up for us, just dropped it inside. The livingroom furniture is OLD and stained. The kitchen pots and pans are beat up and past their useful life. The walls have stains. The basement outside patio is full of green moss and mold - which is the only access to the outside grill. The bathroom vents are caked with dust. The place really needs a good scrub and paint job - and new furniture. Basement reeks of mildew. The wall surrounding the bathroom in the basement is crumbling. The beds in the basement are horrible. We didn't use the basement because of the smell. We tried to go to the pool - there is a pad lock and we were not given the code. The property manager gave us a code that was not correct (they gave us an alphanumeric code and lock was only numeric). On a positive note - the location is great. The size of the unit itself is great. There were plenty of bath towels, and pool towels.
