About this property

Beautifully appointed Brand New Construction home in SEAVIEW for rent. BAYVIEWS from just about every room in the house to the 8 person Hot Tub on the Deck. As a tenant you have rights to use the Inground Community Pool and Recreation area which is also Very Relaxing and a few blocks away from the house. Five bedrooms 3 full bathrooms with a brand new cedar OUTDOOR shower. All new SONOS system throughout the house with TV'S and New High Speed WIFI. Try not to work too much your on vacation!
The brand new KITCHEN has been fully stocked and ready for cooking if you just want a cozy night at home.
The house sleeps 11, up to 13 if you need the pull out couch.
The outside deck has two granite countertops with a sink, storage and a refrigerator with ICEMAKER for awesome OUTDOOR entertaining and dining. Brand new washer and dryer for your convenience.
Beach chairs, Umbrella, bicycles and Water accessories included.
Would love to have you for the summer or month but will rent weekly if still available.
My Home is setup for Families only, one or two to share and enjoy!

Much Detail and LOVE was put into the setting up of my home so that other families other than mine can ENJOY All that Seaview Fire Island has to offer. Feel comfortable when your kids want to go into town for an Ice Cream or to meet new Friends knowing that Ocean Beach is only a few blocks away with not only Seaview's own Security Detail but Ocean Beach Police always on duty!
Enjoy a Stress Free vacation with NO cars and away from all the Hustle and Bustle.
If you have never been to Seaview there is a feeling like NO OTHER when you get off the Ferry. If you didn't know where you were going you would think you were in the Caribbean. For those who have been here before you know Exactly what I am talking about!
Grab a cup of coffee, walk out the front door and savor the smell of the Bay as you watch the Sunrise......

I built this house with families in mind enjoying themselves. For some so close to home yet So Far Away!
It is 3 blocks from all the Shops, Restaurants and most important Ice Cream shops in Ocean Beach, but with far enough to enjoy a good nights sleep as it is very quiet at night.
We also have our own private security that keeps out any undesirables that may have had too good a time at neighboring communities.

What makes this property unique

One house from the Bay with Beautiful Water views as well as around the corner from the Seaview Ferries, Marina a Great Market and Liquor Store owned by a great family. There is even a quaint Flower shop.
You get off the Ferry pick up your cart that comes with house and Your Vacation has Started!
With the two Outdoor Granite Countertops, bar sink, refrigerator with Ice Maker along with Tons of seating this is a great home for Entertaining!
Invite Friends over from the mainland to enjoy a day at the beach with you as well as plenty of room to continue the fun back at the house!
Because of my attention to detail and how well maintained my home is if you are interested I encourage you not to Hesitate as we book up quickly!
