- Recent house of 110 m2. Located 200 m from the beach and 500 m from the city center. In a very quiet place, at the top of a small dune.
- Ideal for your vacations but also perfect for teleworking (high-speed Internet (fiber), desks in all rooms)
- 2 terraces: one stone (salt marsh side) and one wood (sea side)
- 1 large living room with exposed beam ceiling, with American-style kitchen (45 m²)
- Fully equipped kitchen: induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, coffee maker, Nespresso, kettle, toaster, soup stand, egg beater, food processor
- Wi-Fi access throughout the house (high-speed fiber), internet TV
- 3 bedrooms with a large closet and an office in each:
- bedroom 1: 1 160 cm bed
- bedroom 2: 2 90 cm beds, possibility of making a 180 cm bed
- bedroom 3: 2 to 4 beds = 2 x 2 bunk beds of 90 cm
- 2 bathrooms:
- 1 bathroom with 2 sinks + shower

We had a perfect holiday at this amazing home, located just a few minutes from the sea. The house was ideal for our two families with young kiss, offering plenty of space and comfort. It's clear the owners have poured a lot of care into the home's design and upkeep since it was built five years ago. We especially loved the large, open kitchen—it was not only beautiful but also incredibly functional and well-equipped with everything we needed. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful, relaxing getaway.

The house was very clean and nicely decorated. There were 6 bikes. The shops are not far away. The environment was very quiet. We had a good holiday with golfsurfing included!

Unglaublich schönes Objekt

Das Haus ist perfekt gelegen, zurückversetzt zur Strasse und doch sehr nahe vom Dorf. Das Haus ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Die Küche verfügt über alles was man braucht, wenn man viel und gerne kocht. Die beiden Sitzplätze laden zum verweilen ein. Es steht in allen Zimmern sehr viel Stauraum zur Verfügung. Einfach wunderschön!!!! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Der perfekte Ort zum entspannen

In diesem sehr schön eingerichteten Haus haben wir einen wirklich erholsamen Urlaub verbracht! Das Haus, das wie im Inserat zu sehen, sehr stil- und geschmackvoll eingerichtet ist, liegt wenige Gehminuten vom Ortszentrum und vom schönen lokalen Strand mit Strandbar entfernt und ist dennoch in ruhiger Umgebung. Die Ausstattung war hochwertig und es wirkte alles wie vor kurzem renoviert. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und man kann durch die mit Mückennetzen versehenen Fenster auch nachts gut bei offenem Fenster schlafen. Eine Klimaanlage war, wie von den Eigentümern zuvor versichert, auch mitten im August überhaupt nicht nötig und es war auch nachts nie zu heiss. Wenn man vom Strand zurückkommt, kann man Querlüften, sodaß im Haus eine schöne kühle Brise weht. Die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern war sehr nett und problemlos und auch die Übergabe und Abnahme wurde durch eine sympathische Agentur vor Ort erledigt. Absolut zu empfehlen und wir würden gerne wiederkommen!

Erholsamer Aufenthalt - tolles Ferienhaus

Das Haus und der Aufenthalt haben uns sehr gut gefallen! Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig und dennoch man bekommt in wenigen Minuten alles, was man braucht: Bäckerei, Metzgerei, Supermarkt, Markt mit frischem Gemüse & Obst, fangfrischen Meerestieren, Käse, gegrillte Hähnchen etc. Wir konnten die zwei Wochen im Ferienhaus sehr genießen und sind häufig an den nahegelegenen Strand und zur Strandbar. Unglücklich war allerdings, dass am Nachbargrundstück die Abkürzung zum Strand zugebaut und der Baumbestand an der Grundstücksgrenze abgeholzt wurde. Darunter "leidet" der Blick zur Meeresseite, aber hier werden sich die Vermieter sicher etwas einfallen lassen und eine gute Lösung finden. Uns hat das nicht weiter gestört. Unser Fazit: Das Haus und die Vermieter sind sehr zu empfehlen. Auch der Check-In war unkompliziert und wir durften auf Nachfrage schon etwas früher das Ferienhaus beziehen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Un petit coin de paradis très proche de la mer.

Cette location est exceptionnelle à plus d'un titre. Située au calme ( vous n'entendrez que le bruit du vent dans les arbres, le chant des oiseaux et des vagues ), elle est super bien équipée ( du matériel et des électros de haute qualité), deux salles de bains très fonctionnelles et 3 belles chambres. A quelques centaines de mètres du centre de la Brée les Bains ( la boulangerie, la superette, le glacier, le marché quotidien en haute saison ), tout à portée de main.

Tolle zwei Wochen, Meeresrauschen im Ohr

Wir hatten tolle zwei Wochen in dem top ausgestatteten Haus. Uns fehlte es an nichts. Bäcker fußläufig, Strandbar für einen Sundowner z.B. auch. Der Ort hat gerade so viel Infrastruktur, dass man sich auch da versorgen kann, es aber auch nicht zu trubelig wird. Morgens frühstücken auf der vorderen Terrasse, abends oder nachmittags auf der hinteren, Meeresrauschen im Ohr. Das Haus hat einen kleinen eigenen Weg Richtung Strand (bei Flut abends nochmal ins Wasser), wobei für Kinder geeignetere Strände (gezeitenunabhängig prima Bedingungen) schnell mit dem Rad zu erreichen sind. Unsere Favoriten - Plage de Plaisance + de Foulerot.

….Tellement le logement (de grande qualité) est propice à un séjour reposant, avec comme fond sonore le relux des marées… Proche de la mer côté continent, la maison est protégée des vents dominants de l’Atlantique, qui reste toutefois accessible à quelques encablures pour qui veut profiter de ces avantages…. Pour les épicuriens, le marché journalier, on ne peut plus local, était un plaisir à côtoyer : ostréiculteur, mareyeur, maraicher, vigneron, boulanger… Beau séjour à Oléron, à revivre rapidement !

Nous avons passé un séjour idyllique! La maison est charmante, décorée avec goût et d'une grande propreté. Nous avons profité des deux terrasses grâce au temps magnifique de cette semaine. La maison est en retrait de la rue, nous étions bercés par le bruit des vagues et le chant des oiseaux. le petit sentier qui mène à la plage est un véritable atout. Clairement, nous ne vouloions pas partir à la fin du séjour!
