This above standard 2-bedroom plus loft, 3-bathroom townhome in Mammoth's scenic meadow area offers 1,300 sq. ft. of space, updated amenities, and beautiful views of Mammoth Mountain and the Sherwins. Comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests, it's a great choice for families and groups.
Layout & Sleeping Arrangements
Enter on the first floor, where both bedrooms have queen beds and ensuite bathrooms. The loft, open to the living room below, offers a queen bed and two twin beds.
Living & Kitchen
The second floor includes the living room, dining area, kitchen, and a third full bath. The living room features a roomy leather sectional, a 50" flat-screen HDTV, Sony Theater Sound System with DVD, and DirectTV. Large windows and a private deck provide nice views overlooking the Snowflower tennis courts.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for home-cooked meals, and the dining area offers seating for family gatherings. This home is well-outfitted with 4 flat-screen TVs. A washer/dryer is located in the unit for added convenience.
Two outdoor parking spaces are available (no buses, RVs, trailers, or towed vehicles allowed).
