Drive right up to the front door, a couple steps and you are in. no elevator, no long stairs up multilevel , no lobby, no check in, just walk right in to mudroom area with plenty of room for all your skis and equipment, there are two master bedrooms each with private bathrooms, upstairs a large Kitchen fully furnished, spacious living room/dining area to hang out together after the end of a long day, 3rd full bathroom so nobody has to wait to get ready to go skiing. bonus office/den with full bed off the living room, flat screen HD TV with local cable. Printer available for use. Natural Spas located just miles away for a great adventure. Deck area with BBQ and views through the trees you can see the golf course, trees, mountain and public bike path. 1/2 mile to lifts or village gondola or short walk away from shuttle to take you anywhere in town or mountain resort. Plenty of room to relax with a wood burning stove, cozy yet rustic enough to have no worries, we love this place and you will too. Our goal is for you to come back again and again. TOT no 7115 You will be ask to provide Identification and to sign a docusign confirming the agreed online details of the reservation and Home notes/rules. 2 parking places only. $40 per night per guest for additional guest counts totaling over 6 guests.

Master bed too uncomfortable

The location is very nice. But the master bed and the couch in the living room are very uncomfortable and we didn’t sleep well. The master bed sinks down and it’s too small for two people. The couch is old snd sinks down too. Also there is owners stuff in every closet, old clothes, towels, etc And the bathrooms need to be remodeled

Great place, efficient snow clearing, responsive host

Great upstairs/downstairs condo (sleep downstairs and eat/relax upstairs). Condo association stays on top of snow clearing, not just of parking lot but walkway and front porch too. Scott is highly organized and responsive. Location is central, with bus stop at end of block and short drives to Eagle, Vons and the Village. Firewood included.

Why they chose this property

We bought this property after looking at the very least, 40 others. We wanted a house type property yet wanted the advantages of a condo. This property met all our major criteria's. We have been enjoying the Mammoth area for years and have been looking to buy for years and finally had the chance and took it. We did not just buy this property as a second home or investment, we bought a life style.

The unique benefits of this property is the spacious rooms, private bathrooms, extra Den/Office area, super large Kitchen area and of course, Mammoth Mountain, need I say more.
