A very clean and private suite in Niagara Falls Canada.

We are conveniently located just 4 kilometres (2.4 miles) from the actual falls and just steps away from the WEGO tourist buses and famous Niagara Gorge. The bus/train stations are a short walk away.
Our cozy retreat features a very popular, private porch for your enjoyment and comfort. The front garden with its evergreen, Southern Magnolia's are a big hit with our guests, particularly in June/July when they are in bloom.
We offer a range of amenities to ensure you have a comfortable and relaxing stay. These include a microwave, sofa, two person dining set, a TV with cable and an electric fireplace for added ambiance.
We are a short 20 minute drive to the historic town of Niagara-on-the-Lake, offering a glimpse of Ontario's rich history and culture.
For your convenience, we offer free parking on site. We also offer a complimentary bottled water, juice and breakfast snack bars to kick start your morning.

Quiet street away from the crowds
We had a three night stay at Clinton’s place, the bed was really comfortable and to have those two big leather couches in the lounge was amazing. The perfect place to relax after huge days of walking around. It looks just like the pictures

Weekend Getaway/Falls Visit
We were in town to visit the Niagara Falls and enjoy a long weekend getaway. Clint's place was a clean, comfortable, place for our stay. Clint was responsive to questions. Check in and out was easy. The nearby Queens Street District has lots of places to eat and drink (we had dinner at Taps one night and enjoyed some live music), as does Clifton Hill near the Falls. We enjoyed an invigorating hike at Niagara Glen. Great weekend overall!

Niagara Falls Getaway
Very nice ! So clean and beautifully decorated. Very comfortable and perfect for our needs. Also great location for us to walk to hiking areas down the really nice walking path. Great suggestions for places to eat. Our favorite was Queen's Coach. Only suggestion--maybe get a small hairdryer.

Niagara Oasis
We had such a lovely stay for a four-day getaway! The suite was very clean. Robb’s communication with us was excellent, and he even had the suite prepared before check-in time to accommodate us. His suggestions for extra activities and meals made our stay even more lovely! Walking distance to White Water Walk. About 45 minutes walking to the falls, but it’s a beautiful walk. Highly recommend this place to stay for a couple!

We are an easy going couple that moved from Toronto to Niagara Falls Ontario in 2001. We enjoy all the beauty that Niagara has to offer. There is a booklet in the suite written in English, French, and Spanish with many tips and advice for your convenience.

Why they chose this property

We are a very affordable homestay and do not believe in gauging tourists by charging extra fees (ie: cleaning fee's, etc). We are well travelled ourselves and know the value of having a very clean, private and comfortable accommodation.

What makes this property unique

We are steps to all the Niagara Parks attractions. You can walk/bike to the train, bus stations and the restaurants and shops downtown. Our private, front porch seems to be a real hit with our guests. Many enjoy the front garden with the evergreen, Southern Magnolias that bloom in June/July.
