A very clean and private suite in Niagara Falls Canada.

We are conveniently located just 4 kilometres (2.4 miles) from the actual falls and just steps away from the WEGO tourist buses and famous Niagara Gorge. The bus/train stations are a short walk away.
Our cozy retreat features a very popular, private porch for your enjoyment and comfort. The front garden with its evergreen, Southern Magnolia's are a big hit with our guests, particularly in June/July when they are in bloom.
We offer a range of amenities to ensure you have a comfortable and relaxing stay. These include a microwave, sofa, two person dining set, a TV with cable and an electric fireplace for added ambiance.
We are a short 20 minute drive to the historic town of Niagara-on-the-Lake, offering a glimpse of Ontario's rich history and culture.
For your convenience, we offer free parking on site. We also offer a complimentary bottled water, juice and breakfast snack bars to kick start your morning.

The house was a tropical Oasis for sure. It is wonderful to sit on the porch surrounded by greenery to relax.The house is located close to everything and was very private. Hosts were very good with communication fast to answer our questions!Enjoyed our time there very mcuh.

Wonderful stay

Lovely house, nicely furnished, very comfortable bed and absolutely spotless. Parking next to the house and easy and short drive to all Niagara main attractions. We loved the very comfortable front porch which was ideal to sit with a glass of wine in the evening. Communication with Robb the host was straightforward and he was very helpful. We loved it. We are an easy going couple that moved from Toronto to Niagara Falls Ontario in 2002. We enjoy all the beauty that Niagara has to offer. There is a booklet in the suite written in English, French, and Spanish with many tips and advice for your convenience.

Why they chose this property

We are a very affordable homestay and do not believe in gauging tourists by charging extra fees (ie: cleaning fee's, etc). We are well travelled ourselves and know the value of having a very clean, private and comfortable accommodation.

What makes this property unique

We are steps to all the Niagara Parks attractions. You can walk/bike to the train, bus stations and the restaurants and shops downtown. Our private, front porch seems to be a real hit with our guests. Many enjoy the front garden with the evergreen, Southern Magnolias that bloom in June/July.
