newly built villa in a farm bio of 9 hectares, among olive trees and apricot trees. This modern rental and comfort features on the ground floor
separate toilet, large bedroom, adjoining bathroom with whirlpool and a shower. A very spacious living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge with 2 sofas, with a LED large screen TV. (Espresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, washing machine, hairdryer, ...) Upstairs is a bedroom with a single bed, and a master suite with bathroom, hydro massage shower and toilet.
A large south facing terrace with a large parasol, barbecue, table, chairs, sun loungers and garden furniture for lounging ... In a quiet, unspoilt but close to all the tourist places. Ideal for visiting the region, the Crau, the Camargue (Alpilles, St Remy de Provence, Les Baux de Provence, near Arles 20 mn, Avignon 45 minutes, Aix en Provence 40 minutes, Marseille Provence Airport 35 mn). Unvergesslicher Urlaub

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen erholsamen Urlaub. Eric hat uns mit frischem Obst von seinem Gut und einer Kostprobe seines Olivenöl versorgt. Wir haben uns über den Besuch der dort wohnenden Tiere (Hühner, Hunde, Ponys und Katzen) gefreut. Der Pool war das beste was uns bei dem schönen Wetter passieren konnte. Vielen Dank!

Rust temidden van het groen

Mooie locatie, prettige eigenaar in communicatie, voorzag ons regelmatig van fruit, eieren en tips voor verkennen van omgeving. De beschrijving van het vakantiehuis is niet helemaal compleet, het betreft de helft van een woning, de andere helft wordt ook verhuurd. In de warme zomer van 2022 misten we wel een airco, het wordt in huis erg warm. De eigenaar heeft wel ventilatoren aangeboden die een beetje verkoelend effect gaven. Verder een prima verblijf gehad.

Jolie maison, située au calme. Des propriétaires avenants et généreux. Des animaux (chiens, chat, poules et poney) rajoutent au charme de cette endroit. Surtout que Valentin le chien manque déjà aux enfants. Merci à Eric et sa femme pour leur acceuil.

Great and quiet stay!

We had a great and quiet stay at this well equipped and clean house. While situated in the countryside it is still very close (by car) to all the sights of Provence. The house owner was friendly and helpful - we arrived rather late but that was not an issue at all. We managed to book our stay during a heat wave but that was not a problem either as Mr Balducci was kind and considerate enough to place fans around the house. All in all we had a terrific stay and would most certainly want to stay here again for our next trip to the South of France.
