Very poor communication

Nonexistent communication with the host special when we needed things. Found two very large cockroaches one in the kitchen sink one in the bathroom.

Vista Verde North 2-110

The condo is nicely laid out and in a very beautiful area. However, there were a number of problems which detracted from our stay. The fridge leaked, a living room fan blade fell down, the bifold doors to the washer-drier fell off their track and the windows and patio door in the unit were difficult to open and close. The couch and matching arm chair were not comfortable to sit in and need to be updated. The maintenance service was prompt and did try to remedy the problems quickly. However it was our feeling that while the condo is very pretty and well laid out, it definitely needs to be updated. One small point - the directions given to us indicated a different building number, making finding the unit for check in after the property office was closed a bit challenging!
