Rent charming studio in Anse à l'Ane, 50m from the beach in a gated vacation home with pool: "EDEN VILLAGE".
Apartment ground floor renovated with covered terrace and private parking place. This property can accommodate two people and a child in infancy: we provide a cot.

You will enjoy the comforts of home!

Air conditioning, kitchen with hob, microwave and oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine; TV, double bed 160 canopied with mosquito net, wi-fi, washing machine, garden furniture ...

Linen will be provided. (Towels, bed linen, towels)

Its ideal location provides easy access to many tourist activities: beach 50m, with restaurants, diving club, boat, jet ski, kayak, golf, sea shuttles to Fort-de-France; and other conveniences: supermarket, petrol station, newsagent, gift shop, car rental.

RATES: 57 euros a night the months of April, July, August and December.
50 euros a night the rest of the year.

Agréable séjour reposant à l'anse à l'âne. Très belle plage, eau limpide. Studio très proche de la plage qui a été refait mais qui n'est plus neuf. Propriétaire très sympathique.

Logement agréable décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Très propre,nouvellement rénové,bien équipé. Son jardinet est très agréable bananiers et fruits de la pation visités par les colibris et nombreux oiseaux. La place de parking privée est un réel plus.

Génial.. appartement propre fonctionnel, rien ne manque, literie de bonne qualité.. terrasse agréable..nous avons apprécié la place de parking et la machine à laver. La boulangerie ouverte dès 5 h du matin.. bien situé juste en face de la plage. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.. propriétaire très agréable.

Bon accueil, rien ne manque dans l'appartement , propreté nickel, lit en 160 avec moustiquaire, le frigo était en marche avec une super attention : une bouteille de planteur en guise de bienvenue , la terrasse est bien ventilée , la piscine un peu petite mais permet de se rafraîchir, la plage est vraiment tout près et est belle , je recommande ce logement sans hésiter

Très agréable séjour dans studio idéalement situé

Très agréable séjour dans ce studio idéalement localisé pour visiter la Martinique. Le logement est neuf et bien pensé. Les petits plus : le lit 160 avec moustiquaire sur baldaquins qui ne ‘’colle pas à la peau’’, la grande terrasse couverte qui est la Pièce de Vie, et surtout, la sortie voilier avec Loïc le propriétaire qui nous a fait découvrir de magnifiques endroits en croisière. Aussi, nous vous recommandons vivement ce logement et en profitons pour remercier leurs propriétaires, Loïc et Julie pour leur accueil, leur serviabilité et leur gentillesse.
