Awesome getaway newly renovated in popular Eaton’s Ferry Estates- main lake view in private cove with deep water and boathouse.

Entire house was renovated including all new doors and windows, floors, inside paint, outside paint, appliances, bathrooms (minus tubs) and new kitchen with new appliances, quartz countertops and new cabinets!

This 3 bedroom 2 bath cottage has an open floor plan with the kitchen and living room that looks out of 2 brand new sliding glass doors and large picture window to the main lake and 1500 sq ft of deck. The deck leads down to the private boathouse.

Master bedroom has a new sliding glass door that opens to the deck and has a great view of the main lake, as well as a renovated full bath with tub/shower. (Tub/shower is original)

Guest room has a sliding glass door that opens to a private deck. Second full bath with tub and shower is across the hallway and has been renovated except for tub/shower.

3rd bedroom has 4 bunk beds.

Community boat ramp is located 400 yards down the street so you can launch your boat!

2 restaurants and marina located 5 minutes away.
Food Lion grocery store, gas station with ethanol-free gas, pizza place and Ace Hardware 8 minutes away.
