This house is cute, it's cozy, and it's the perfect place to get away from it all and relax! It's got 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, an open concept living/dining/kitchen area, back patio with fire pit and lounge furniture. Sliding glass doors with breathtaking lake views of the lake from the primary bedroom & living area.
Private dock, swim ladder, boat lift and lake access. Guests have permission to fish from our property/dock. Please check with the Virginia Dept. of Wildlife Resources for any other fishing licensing. House is on Great Creek so you have privacy and calm water, yet just a minute from the main lake and Holly Grove Marina. Holly Grove Marina offers a boat launch and many other amenities.

We stayed at this house for two weeks. It is very comfortable, relaxing both inside and outside. It is convenient to shopping, the Honey Hole where you can enjoy lakeside restaurant and live music as well as launching your boat, and the new convenience center for trash drop off. Susan responds timely to any concerns and issues. The lake itself is always beautiful from up at gazebo to down at the dock. There are 61 steps but they get easier each time and is a great cardio workout.

I was down there last week and I tell you the steps are a cardiac workout, but I’m 69 years old and I was able to go down and up and still be fine so I feel so blessed about that! It’s very beautiful and I’m so glad your family enjoyed it!

We were in for our son's wedding; the location was perfect.The views and quietness were very relaxing after a stressful day of traveling and preparation for the weddingCommunication with Susan the owner was outstanding. The house was a little older and rougher than it appeared on the listing.The outside lights for the drive did not work. there were quite a few dust bunnies. and the pillows that were on my bed were so dirty and stained yellow from greasy skin that I went out and bought my own. heading out early in the morning in the dark to go fishing was a little difficult for my elderly father because of the outside lights not working

Excellent response from the owner and a very quiet, peaceful and quaint place to stay. Loved all the little details available. Things like the coffee machine and having the linens and towels were great. The instruction sheet left on paper form on the table was very helpful as well. The dock was great and the views were beautiful. Very nice little place to stay.
