The Neighborhood
Nestled in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, our home offers a true escape from the hustle and bustle. During your stay, you may be delighted by visits from local wildlife such as deer, squirrels, ducks, etc., adding to the tranquil lakeside experience.


The Space
• Serene, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, this retreat welcomes families, couples, individual travelers, and professionals looking to relax, recharge, or work in a peaceful natural setting. Best of all, every room offers stunning lake views, and there’s plenty of outdoor space for kids and pets to play.
• Inside, you'll find a comfortable living area with plush leather sofas and Smart TVs with a complimentary Netflix account for cozy evenings.
• The kitchen is well-equipped with stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. We also provide a Keurig coffee machine, coffee, tea, and basic seasonings/condiments for your convenience.
• Washer, dryer, laundry detergent, and dryer sheets are provided.
• Unwind in the updated bathroom, which features a modern vanity with plenty of storage space, relaxing dual spray shower heads, and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
• Each bedroom promises a great night's rest with premium mattresses and luxury linens.

Our favorite spot - and likely yours - is the screened-in back porch, where you can enjoy the beauty of nature and watch captivating sunrises and sunsets reflect on the water.

Step outside to the covered patio with a charcoal grill or unwind on the spacious deck, both offering sweeping lake views. Just beyond, a large grassy yard with a fire pit invites cozy evening conversations and unforgettable moments under the stars.


Guest Access
• Easy check-in is provided via a Smart Lock.
• You will have private access to the entire house and all outdoor spaces, including the yard, screened-in porch, and two carports.


Getting Around
• A public boat access point is just 2 minutes away.
• For more adventure, the popular Lake Gaston and Edwards Beach are a short 10-minute drive from the property.
• Several local restaurant favorites are included in the Guest Book.


Important Information
Your safety is important to us. Please be aware of the following:
• The lake is wonderful for boating, fishing, kayaking, and canoeing.
• However, swimming is not recommended.
• There is NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. Any activities in or near the water are undertaken at your own risk.


House Rules
We are happy to welcome your furry friends. Please adhere to the following pet policy:
• Small and medium pets weighing no more than 50 lbs are allowed.
• A non-refundable pet fee is required at the time of booking.
• Please share a photo of your pet when you book.
• For the safety and comfort of all, dog breeds commonly considered aggressive are not permitted. This includes, but is not limited to, Pit Bull Terriers (e.g., American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier), Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Doberman Pinschers, and Bullmastiffs.
