Had a family get together we rented two of the homes very clean had anything you could need in the homes. Very piece full and the pond was beautiful we caught some huge Brim. We all had such a great time will definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

Kirk (host) was great - we had issues with the heat and challenges due to damage from the hurricane they were still working to fix, but all in all it was a good property and our group of 12 adults and 6 kids had fun.

Fun Getaway

Our family had an awesome Thanksgiving getaway. The property was our own private retreat. Well equipped in the kitchens. The deck and screen porch looking out on the private lake were just what we needed. Bonfires by the water in the fire ring made it perfect.

We had a great stay with a large group. Great facilities for cooking and hanging out in large numbers. Really good location for proximity to Sea Hag, restaurants, and bars. Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome stay!

If you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Steinhatchee this is a great choice, you can’t beat the location right down the road from Seahags! We had a group of 13 friends and had plenty of space to sleep and celebrate over the 4th of July weekend. The houses were fully stocked with board games, towels and kitchen utensils and the grills and fire pit were perfect for barbecuing and relaxing outside. There were other people staying on the property in the adjacent houses but we still had plenty of privacy and barely noticed they were there. Kirk was always very accommodating and just a call away with any questions we had. Highly recommend giving this place a shot if you’re coming to town.

Relaxation

This is a great property. great fishing, lake for swimming, kayaking, paddle boat. The owner is really available to call or text at all time. In addition, it a great a place to disconnect from crazy city life for a few days. Great nature and scenery.

Worth the Price

We stayed here for Christmas Eve and Christmas and wish we booked a longer stay. The property manager is super nice and professional. Tons of amenities that make the stay so much better. I can't remember the last time we had so much fun. The kids had a blast and didn't want to leave.

Uniquely private 5 star properties that are surprisingly close to everything important to Steinhatchee. Has everything one would need to entertain and be entertained. Everyone comments that each property is a piece of paradise. A short walk (100yards) through the woods or a 250 yard coquina base road to walk or drive, separates the 2 properties.

What makes this property unique

Can accommodate 16 or more with additional space for guest RV. Lake is awesome for swimming, kayaking, etc. and general entertaining area. Best in Steinhatchee for many reasons!
