Description:

Large contemporary house, at the end of an impasse without vis-à-vis, and only 250 meters from the village, with a fully enclosed garden of 1,700 m2.
It is located in a charming town bordered by magnificent beaches and coastal paths, between Saint-Malo and Cancale and ideal for family or friends.

It consists of a living room of 40 m2, with direct access to a large terrace facing south, equipped with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue / plancha.
A fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, etc.), four large bedrooms (all with 140 cm beds), 2 bathrooms: (a shower and bathtub ), (an Italian shower), and 2 toilets.
Free WIFI access.

4 adult bikes available, and for the little ones a swing and a wooden hut on stilts.
Possibility to park two cars inside the property.
The shops are 250 meters away (bakeries, butchers, tobacconist, pharmacy, small supermarket, bar, pizzeria).

Magnificent beaches are nearby, such as Guimorais, Rozven (where Colette lived), Anse Duguesclin (where Léo Ferré lives), Port Beach ...
Saint-Malo, the corsair town, is 12 kms away, Dinard is 18 kms away, Dinan, a medieval town, is 25 minutes away
and Mont-Saint-Michel is 45 minutes away.

Vakantiehuis in Saint-Coulomb.

Het huis en de streek zijn sterk aan te bevelen. Alle luxe in het huis, 2 mooie badkamers, 4 slaapkamers met goede bedden. Je wordt ook heel gastvrij ontvangen door de eigenaars. Een heel mooie zeer grote tuin, goed voor kleine kinderen, trampoline aanwezig in de tuin, een zeer stille wijk en omgeving, echt een aanrader. Bakker en slager op stapafstand. Een aanrader dus.

Une belle maison pour redécouvrir la région

Cette belle maison offre de l'espace pour les enfants et les adultes. Le jardin est spacieux et très beau. Les hôtes ont pris soin d'équiper la maison avec plein de petites choses utiles au quotidien et c'est très appréciable. L'emplacement à Saint-Coulomb offre la possibilité de visiter plein de lieux sans faire une heure de voiture, un vrai plus. Merci à nos hôtes avec qui se sont montrés disponibles pour toutes questions avant notre arrivée, qui nous ont très bien accueillis et conseillés à notre arrivée.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre amis. Les propriétaires sont formidables, la maison est charmante et très propre. Rien ne manque pour passer de belles vacances. Maison très bien située et très bien entretenue dans un quartier très calme. Située à proximité immédiate des principaux commerces. Idéalement située pour visiter St-Malo et la Côte d’Emeraude. Wieder ein Traumurlaub in der Bretagne

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus. Die Großzügigkeit des nicht einsehbaren Gartens haben wir sehr genossen. Immer fand sich ein schattiges oder ruhiges Eckchen für jeden von uns. Yoga im Garten: herrlich. Eric und seine Familie haben uns sehr herzlich durch alle Phasen dieses Mietverhältnisses begleitet. Es war eine Freude bei Ankunft und Abfahrt auch persönlich mit ihnen plaudern zu können. Die Schlafzimmer liegen alle im Dachgeschoss und können prima durchgelüftet werden. Stets frische Bretagne-Luft auch an heißen Tagen. Sehr praktisch auch die Garage, in der man alles verstauen kann, was man nicht im Haus haben möchte. Das riesige Trampolin ist toll für die Kinder. St. Malo liegt in direkter Nähe. Da findet man fröhlichen Trubel und tolle Lokale. In St. Coulomb ist es dagegen sehr still. Wanderungen an der Küste entlang können direkt am Haus begonnen werden. Eric hat uns netterweise auch seine Fahrräder und Obst aus dem Garten zur Verfügung gestellt. Unser Lieblingsstrand war Plage de la Touesse. Wie immer in der Bretagne naturbelassen. Im Rücken die schöne Villa Roz Ven der Dichterin Colette. Eric hatte viele schöne Ausflugstipps für uns. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Agréable séjour en famille

Grande maison très bien entretenue avec une grande terrasse et un super jardin sans vis à vis. Les commerces essentiels sont à 500m donc pas besoin de voiture.

Alles perfekt für einen tollen Urlaub

Das Haus entspricht genau der Beschreibung, super Einteilung der Räumlichkeiten und die Einrichtung und Ausstattung ist passend, alles vorhanden. Die Vermieter waren bei der Übergabe sehr freundlich und bemüht. Der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt und bietet sowohl den kleinen Kindern viele Spielmöglichkeiten als auch den Größeren einen Rückzug auf der Sonnenliege. Der Ort selber ist recht klein aber es gibt alles für den täglichen Bedarf, Bäcker, Post, kleiner Lebensmittelladen, Apotheke, Pizzeria... In der nahen Umgebung lassen sich mehrere tolle Buchten erreichen mit herrlichen Sandstränden und klarem, türkis schimmerndem Wasser, teilweise auch mit Badeaufsicht. Entlang der Küsten gibt es schöne Wanderwege. In kurzer Fahrtzeit lassen sich größere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und kleine schöne Städte erreichen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und sind eher in unserer Erwartung übertroffen worden. Ein wirklich schöner Urlaub für Groß und Klein.

Maison très propre, confortable et bien située.

Nous avons passé une super semaine dans cette maison propre et confortable. Nous y avons très bien dormi, la literie est de qualité. Les enfants ont adoré profiter du trampoline et de la cabane dans le vaste jardin. La maison est située idéalement : à 5 minutes à pied des petits commerces (boulangerie, boucherie, pharmacie, supérette), et à 5 minutes en voiture de la superbe plage du Guesclin. Un peu plus loin, se trouve la Pointe du Groin. Et St Malo à 20 minutes. Eric et Sylvie nous ont accueilli très chaleureusement. Nous recommandons cette location.

Ruhe und Erholung pur

Für unseren zweiten Urlaub in der Bretagne haben wir ein Haus gesucht, das in der Nähe möglicher Ausflugsziele liegt, aber gleichzeitig ruhiggelegen und gemütlich ist. In dieser Unterkunft haben wir das perfekte Haus gefunden. Wir haben ein sauberes, gut ausgestattetes Haus vorgefunden – es fehlte an gar nichts. Durch die Größe und Aufteilung des Hauses konnten wir mit unseren beiden Kindern zwei schöne Wochen genießen. Der Garten ist super – man merkt wie viel Arbeit die Besitzer da investiert haben. Der Empfang am Ankunftstag verlief bestens, wir wurden ausführlich über das Haus informiert und mit Empfehlungen für den Urlaub versorgt (fanden wir beide gut, dass die Vermieter auch an solche Informationen gedacht haben wie Arzt oder Supermarkt). Der Ort Saint-Coulomb liegt optimal zwischen Saint Malo und Cancale. Beide Orte erreicht man schnell und kann auch spontan noch einen Ausflug machen. Die zwei Urlaubswochen sind wie im Flug vergangen – diese Unterkunft können wir empfehlen. Sylvie und Eric sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit – Fragen während des Aufenthalts wurden schnell beantwortet. Vielen Dank an Sylvie und Eric, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Belle semaine.

La maison est très agréable et correspond parfaitement à ce qui est mis en ligne. Le lieu est idéalement situé pour se rendre sur les différents lieux touristiques environnants. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et disponibles. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille et nous gardons cette adresse dans l espoir d y retourner.

Tolles Ferienhaus - Empfehlung / Grande maison de vacances - recommandation

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus, sehr nette Vermieter. Wir haben uns dieses Haus für unseren ersten Urlaub in der Betragne ausgesucht. Der Kontakt und die Unterstützung bei der An- und Abreise durch den Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus und der schöne große Garten lassen keine Wünsche offen. Alles was für den Aufenthalt benötig wird ist vorhanden und in gutem und sauberen Zustand. (Die Bilder im Angebot sind gut und ehrlich.) Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig am Rande von Saint Coulomb am Ende einer Sackgasse. Großzügig wurden wir eingeladen alles zu benutzen (z.B. auch den großen Barbecue Grill) und die Früchte vom Pflaumen- und Mirabellenbaum zu ernten. Saint Coulomb ist ein kleiner Ort etwa 3km vom Strand entfernt. Im Ort selbst gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Metzger und eine klein Bar. Wir fanden es schön das Saint Coulomb ein ruhiger Ort etwas abseits des Touristentrubels ist. Das betriebsame Cancale erreicht man in 5 Minuten, Saint Malo in 15 Minuten. Empfehlenswert sind auch Ausflüge in den mittelalterlichen Ort Dinan, zur Cathedral in Dol-de-Bretagne (unbedingt auch den Berg Dol besuchen, herrliche Aussicht!) und natürlich nach Mont Saint Michel (ca. 40 Minuten). Geheimtipp: Konfitüren von www.confitures-raphael.fr in Saint Coulomb Une très belle maison de vacances, de très sympathique propriétaires. Nous avons choisi cette maison pour nos premières vacances dans le Bretagne. Le contact et le soutien pendant l'arrivée et le départ du propriétaire ont été très sympathiques et utiles. La maison et le beau grand jardin ne laissent rien à désirer. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour votre séjour est disponible et en bon état de propreté.(Les photos proposées sont bonnes et honnêtes.) La maison est située très tranquillement en bordure de Saint Coulomb au bout d'une impasse. Nous avons été généreusement invités à tout utiliser (p.ex. aussi le grand barbecue) et récolter les fruits du prunier et de la mirabelle. Saint Coulomb est un petit village à environ 3 km de la plage. Dans le village lui-même, il y a un petit supermarché, une boulangerie, une boucherie et un petit bar. Nous avons trouvé agréable que Saint Coulomb soit un endroit tranquille, un peu à l'écart de l'agitation touristique. Conseil d'initié : Confitures de www.confitures-raphael.fr à Saint Coulomb.

Très belle maison tout confort avec grand jardin arboré, idéale pour famille avec enfants ❤

Très belles prestations, au calme et proche du centre ville où se trouvent 2 boulangeries, 2 boucheries, 1 point presse et la poste ainsi qu'une pharmacie. La maison est au calme et très fonctionnelle! Proche de Cancale et St Malo et de la plage. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour et gardons cette adresse pour y revenir... Propriétaires très sympas à l'écoute et joignables si besoin de renseignements et d'infos bon-plan.
