Beautiful New Luxury Home, Short Walk to Town

This beautiful, sunny new house has 4 bedrooms upstairs, and an easy open floor plan downstairs. The kitchen has a Viking stove, Sub-Zero refrigerator, granite counters, and a large island with seating for 6. The kitchen opens to the dining room, and the large family room is just 2 steps down from the dining room. A den with a tv and a parlor provide more private common areas. Architectural details such as columns and beautiful moldings give the large house a homey feel. There is a porch on the side of the house, and a back deck with a gas grill accessible from the kitchen. The outside has pretty stone walls, walkways, and plantings. Off the back deck is an outside shower.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Start the laundry Each washing machine can take two sets of queen sheets. Any extra laundry that you do keeps the cleaning cost within the normal range.
Put trash bags in bins outside to the right of outside shower.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If you have to cancel, I will try to rent to another tenant and refund what you have paid. See rental agreement tab above.
Tenant is responsible for starting the laundry. Recycling is mandatory.
