mucho fabuloso!

Unit was as anticipated, compact, clean, and poolside! Proximity to the beach and restaurants A- Plus! Maid service was extremely efficient(Anna) and particularly kind to me! Anything else needed was promptly addressed by those at the front desk..Jean Claude-Adriana. Can't wait for my return visit to this property!

Nice Place

We enjoyed staying at Malibu. We met other tenants every day around the pool and enjoyed socializing with them. The beach was only a few minutes away as were restaurants and shops.

Fabulous week

We really liked the condo. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Everyone we had contact with was nice and very responsive and helpful. The loft is a nice feature but not full height so you can't stand up and the steps to it are not for the unsteady among us. Still, it worked for us. The kitchen was just right. The pool was perfect and the patio welcoming. The beach access is good. We have nothing but good to say about our home away. There is a great little market very near-by. The walk up to the condo is a climb. The condo is quiet but the music outside is not. Sadly for some it goes pretty late and we thought it was a bit obnoxious.

This is a great place to stay in the downtown area! It is my second time staying there on this occasion and I felt welcomed and truly enjoyed the condo. The staff overseeing my stay were friendly and so very helpful! They really cared about my stay and wanted me to feel comfortable. I would recommend this place and I would stay again.
