This pet friendly home is just steps from the water’s edge and is angled to maximize your view of the sand and surf! “Beachside” has a large partially covered deck with an open beach view. Lounge in the sun or relax in the shade as you watch the waves roll in. The deck has lots of great features designed to make your stay more comfortable including ample deck furnishings, deck gates near the lower landing, a hose station for quick clean up, picnic table and roll down shades that can be lowered from the east and west ends of the covered deck roof-line.

Walking inside, you’ll be delighted with the wonderfully equipped and attractively furnished home. Make yourself comfortable in the large open floor plan living area with ample comfortable seating, Dish Network flat screen TV, DVD player, free wi-fi, custom ceilings and incredible gulf beach views. The dining area has a large table seating 8 with additional casual seating for 4 at the nearby kitchen island. Picnic tables for outdoor dining are located on the Gulf deck and in the shade underneath the home. The kitchen, with its cook friendly design is as well-equipped as it is lovely. This cook’s delight is equipped with smooth top stove, Whirlpool side by side refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, automatic drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, crockpot, electric mixer and more. A full-size GE washing machine and dryer are located in the laundry room just off the kitchen.

The large master bedroom and master bath are located on the home’s west side. The bedroom is equipped with a King bed, Dish Network TV, and wonderful gulf beach view. Exit the master bedroom directly onto the deck to soak up some sun, watch the kids play at the water’s edge or gaze at the starry midnight sky. The master bath has a double vanity and garden tub/shower. The walk-in closet and multiple bath cabinets provide ample storage for all your belongings. Two bedrooms and the centrally located hall full bath are located on the east side of the home. The North East bedroom is equipped with a King bed and Dish Network TV. The South East bedroom is equipped with a Queen bed, Dish Network TV, gulf view and has a private door exiting onto the large beachside deck so you can slip out and catch the sunset. In addition to the bedrooms, which sleep 6 total, the living room is equipped with a full size sofa sleeper, allowing 8 guests to enjoy this wonderful home. Linens are provided. Beachside is pet friendly so the whole family can come to the beach! Pets limited to 2 dogs maximum, $100/per pet fee. Holiday rates apply to Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks.
