Nice house located 1.9km from the beaches in a very quiet area on the edge of the forest.
At the foot of the bike path, you can go to the beach on foot, bike and free shuttle in July / August.
The house is surrounded by a large garden of 1100m2 with trees that allows naps in hammocks, barbecues and outdoor games.
This small vacation spot will allow you to easily go for a relaxing time on the sand or go on an excursion through the Landes forest to Labenne, Capbreton and Hossegor in the North. You can also go to Bayonne, Biarritz and the Basque Country to the South.
The house is composed of:
- 1 large living room of 36m²
- 1 bedroom of 23 m², 1 bed 160 and a sofa BZ 140
- 1 bedroom, bed 140
- 1 bedroom with pull-out bed
- 1 kitchen
- 1 bathroom with bathtub
Two bikes are freely available and a bodyboard.
A very nice mini market located two blocks away will allow you to do your shopping.
For fish lovers, 20/25 minutes by bike path, you will find the day's catch at the pier of the port of Capbreton.
WIFI access, TV, DVD player Blueray, volleyball net, bodyboard, family bicycles, hammock, barbecue.
A deposit check of 1000 euros is required upon arrival.
